Motel 6 Park City KS

This was one of the best of the Motel 6 chain I've ever visited. Apparently it used to be another brand and Motel 6 took it over few years ago. Front desk check-in was good, the young man was very knowledgeable and helpful. The room was way way over-the-top. It was furnished excellently,  it was extremely clean and it was the most comfortable bed I had on the trip. If I ever need a bed in this area, this is where I would stay again.

I stayed in room 112 and from the word go everything was great. Gregg greeted and checked us in, in a very friendly way. He made our night as nice as he was to both my husband and I during our stay. He fixed our TV too. The decor was beautiful compared to some of the Motel 6's we've stayed at

On the day I left got a call from Stacey - front desk, to let me know I had left my i-pad in my room.  Cathy from laundry had found it next to the bed. I was able to thank both of them. I will be back.

The entire location seemed extremely clean.  I have gotten used to Motel 6 equating to a run-down and less than clean feel - not necessarily in the rooms but in the public areas.  This location breaks from that trend.

The man who checked me in did a great job and probably deserves a raise or promotion.

The only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 is that the bed was a little uncomfortable for me.

My family and I stayed at this Motel 6 during a trip between Ness County, Kansas, and Oklahoma City. We guessed correctly that it would be a quieter and cheaper place to stay since it's on the outskirts of the city. The rate was reasonable, and there were no annoying noises that disturbed my sleep. The place was very clean as well. The only downsides are that there aren't any convenience stores or restaurants within walking distance, and the place doesn't offer complimentary breakfast in the mornings (just coffee).

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean.
Nothing spectacular but it was fine for a budget hotel.  

You can hear some hallway noise in your room. Rooms were clean though.

The bed was a little soft and had a bunch of little pillows... no large pillows. :-(

I would recommend if you're budget conscious. We'd stay there again if we ever return to KS.

We have usually stayed at this Motel 6 in the spring when we come for an Agility trial.  This time we came in November.  Behind the motel it is dark and not very well lite.  A few times while walking our dogs (about 10 p.m.) I have stumbled over cement pieces and into holes.  Once one of the dogs got out of their collars and was in the brush behind the building.  We have started to carry flashlights to pick up after the dogs, but now it's to "light our way".

We have stayed here before and it was nice.  This time, not so much.  We were given a minimum number of towels for 2 people.  The young man argued with us that there are NO MORE TOWELS.  After 3 rounds of this, we were able to obtain 2 extra towels.  We were only given 1 washcloth.  For 2 people.  When we stepped into the shower, we discovered a used bar of soap in the shower stall.  This shows me the level of cleaning.  Finally I woke up with congestion and a swollen face.  When I checked on the ac, the level of filth was unbelievable.  Upon checkout, the front desk girl apologized and suggested we should have asked to be moved.  I politely pointed out that I was in no mood to change rooms at 11 pm, tired, naked, unpacked, and ready for bed.  This hotel is very worn and it appears upkeep has been minimal.  If you must stay here, bring a HEPA filter and some cleaning supplies.
