We really enjoyed staying at this property because it was clean, and we loved the layout. We especially loved the view from the lanai! We highly recommend it—we will stay here again!

Very very clean inside unit and outside as well. State park beach across street, KTA food store close by. Access to morth and south highways was great. Recommend it highly

The condo is spacious and clean, close to the beachwith wonderful views while sitting in the outdoor space.Stocked with a plentiful supply of kitchen and beach needs.Great experience will book again in the future.

Great condo for a family to stay in. So much more convenient than a hotel room

We stayed from May 20th to May 26th of 2022. The weather was great, the Condo was very inviting and had everything we needed and the view was breathtaking.I appreciated the chairs, umbrella and beach gear available as well. Parking was easy, the condon was well maintained and the location was great. The beach nearby is great if you like to snorkle but you will have to walk a little bit to find a good beach to "play" at. There is a nearby grocery store. And downtown is not too far of a drive. I would highly recommend this room! Thank you for a great experience.

We loved our stay, mostly positive comments.  The only problem was the coffee pot did not work, so we had to go to Starbuck a lot.  I am 5 ft 1in tall, so the kitchen cabinets was too high, the bathroom sinks were too high. You should have a folding step stool in the kitchen. We will stay there again!

Room is clean. But public transportation is poor.

Pros:Great location, easy to find, nice view, close to beach, ample parking, comfortable beds, quiet, easy elevator accessCons:This place was designed for someone who does not cook and who is very tall. Kitchen design is horrible. Microwave was positioned above my wife's head and she is 5' tall. I am 5' 9" . Cabinets are similar. The bottom shelves of the cabinets are the only parts of the cabinets that can be easily accessible. There is very limited counter space and this limited space was cluttered with bowls of artificial fruit and a very large tray. The counter by the stove was so limited that if you are right handed you cannot stir or cook anything from the right side of the stove because you will hit the wall and the refrigerator.They ask you to take out the trash daily, yet they left us 4 trash bags for our 11 day stay. They want you to run the dish water frequently and we were given 3 packets of dish washing soap. They tell you to take inventory and then go buy what you need. The bathroom sinks are very tall bowls set on very high cabinet countertops. No shampoo or lotion, and all that was there was a tiny bar of round soap.I specifically looked for a unit with A/C. I need cool air to sleep at night. I tried to turn the unit down and it would not go below 72 degrees. When I called management about this, they said that this temp was set by the owners. Sleep was not good.Location was great and we would stay in this complex again, but not in this unit.
