The gold rush/knights inn or whatever name they decide to go by to get away from bad reviews is terrible if i had the option of giving them no stars i would. I checked out 10-15 minutes after checking in and the woman at the front desk had a terrible attitude when she told me the money that i paid for the room was non refundable. Once i checked in, i went to my room and attempted to take a nap. I was in the room a total of maybe 7 minutes. And a roach fell from the ceiling and onto my bed. The room smelled as if someone just got dont smoking a carton of cigarettes, the room was dingy, and dirty. Will never go back. I would rather sleep in my vehicle than sleep in ANY of there disgusting rooms, or have to deal with rude employees!

Worst experience of my life

I was working in the area and stayed at Knights Inn for a week. It was dirty, loud, front desk attendant was rude and you just feel unsafe there. I would not recommend staying here! There was a lot of strange activity going on at all hours of the night.

unfortunate stay

Employee was very rude ; racist and would not recommend to stay there ; even the cops that showed up because of him trying to keep my information stated this place was very ghetto and service was very poor

place should be closed or training should be done again for the employees there.  The employee was very racist

We booked the cheapest deal which we got and were not expecting a good thing but when we got there the front office was really welcoming and provided us the room on the ground floor as we demanded. The WiFi service was also good. The room were clean and well maintained. when asked we were provided with mini fridge and microwave. so over all it was really good experience. with this price you cannot ask more than this.

Good Price and Nice Service

A motel with excellent staff - with cozy, simple and economical rooms.very friendly service with bit dated but well kept rooms, very welcoming atmosphere and the price you can not beat. motel is located near many fast food restaurants and convenience stores .

We stayed there one night and it was just a horror! The room was dirty fingerprints on the furniture and mirrors. Bed lining with tasks. Carpet on the floor is more than old and very dirty. The bathroom is disgusting, we didn't even dare take a shower in front of the floor.

Just a horror.

The area is real bad. The motel is dingy dirty. I heard the couple two doors down doing the wild thing for no exaggeration five hours of her screaming. Traffic is loud and people walk around and talk loud all hours of the night. Avoid this place you been warned.

Terrible place

The staff is totally unfriendly and the room is also left to be desired. The bathroom was just dirty and disgusting, and you'd have to ask for extra towels.

Never again

Everything is dirty, very dirty even. We had reserved for 5 people, no extra bed, our daughter slept on the floor! Level of safety leaves everything to be desired. Except for a good laughing matter because of the glare of the place, we searched for 45 minutes for a trick that biped.... we emptied all our bags thinking that one of our cameras was looking for a battery..... and no, hidden (but very well hidden) under the back of the office.... the smoke detector! Very useful shot! As for the shower, we hesitated to take a look at the condition of the floor not cleaned since.... uh...... the chandeliers.......
