I am enjoying my stay here as Sally makes the stay so much better by being attentive to the needs of the guest and since I might be staying for a while, Sally is gonna be the person that i go to when anything is wrong.

Sally is the best manager ever!!

Upon walking in to pay the deposit to ensure we had a room, the front desk clerk was not only hanging out right outside the door with a bunch of other people but wasn't dressed to be running a hotel. Because of this I had to walk around to the other door just to enter the lobby. Once the front desk clerk came into the lobby, the rest of the people followed and hung out behind the counter. Had it not been for this was the only hotel in Jacksonville for this weekend that had a room, I would have left. Once we checked into the room the next morning, they gave us a room that someone had lived in for 3 years and claimed that they could have it cleaned in 45 minutes which was room 216 and they had no other room on the 1st floor. The front desk clerk's boyfriend came back at noon that the guest just left after we were told we could check in at 10:00. After awhile we requested to just get another room. We were given room 114. Upon entering the room, we had no bedding, pillows, or shower curtain. We didn't get the bedding until after 4:00 and the shower curtain after 10:00 at night. While trying to talk to the front desk clerk, a lady that is not employed by the hotel was trying to talk to us from behind the counter ltelling us what they could do. We went to take a shower and had no water pressure, not even enough to fill a cup up with water. The front desk clerk stated they had to wait until Saturday morning for the backhoe and would get the water fixed Saturday morning. By Saturday at noon, the water still wasn't fixed and they claimed the backhoe hasn't showed up so we can fix it. We also noticed Saturday morning that our door wouldn't lock/ secure. It looked like someone had pryde the door open and the latch on the door frame was the wrong one. We asked the front desk clerk to.please have the door fixed as we can't even secure our belongings. She claimed the maintenance man was busy putting wood over the pool area and had to get that done before he could fix our door. As of 10:00 at night he still wasn't done with the pool area and our door lock wasn't fixed, so we went to the front desk to request for the door to be fixed. We waited for about 5 minutes in the lobby but, nobody came to the desk but the doors to the lobby was open. We stayed for 2 nights and couldn't even take a shower let alone leave due to the door lock. As I was walking my dog a man was urinating off the second floor balcony and then following me around like I was a prostitute. After getting all of our belongings out of the room and taking it to another hotel, we went to check out and get a number to contact a manager or owner of the hotel about the issues and the front desk clerk stated her manager said not to give the number to us.When entering the front office to checknout, the front desk clerk and her boyfroend was arguing. Once they seen us, they went upstairs and left us there at the front desk waiting for about 5 minutes while their friends who are not employees were waiting behind the counter. My dogs didn't even feel comfortable and were very uneasy the entire stay. Once we took them to the new hotel and put their beds down they laid right down and went to sleep which they hadnt done in 2 days. I wouldn't even give it one star but this is making me give atleast 1 star to give a review.

DO NOT STAY HERE

The rate is reasonable the location is great. But the staff that is running this hotel/motel is not dependable like all the other places I visited & I've stayed at other hotels from here to Denver,Colorado.  The amenities are not available especially the complementary breakfast. Great location if the property doesn't look like it's rusting  & cracking or crumble soon & even at 10 pm. The staff was not available to purchase rooms and wait till after 7am the following day which was highly inconvenienced my family in a emergency situation. The price for this place was great but the website for this place was not what my family & I expected.

Auto Repair / mobile mechanic.

PLEASE DO NOT EVER STAY HERE!  I can't believe this place has not been shut down.  Absolutely the most disgusting hotel.  If I had seen the reviews I would have not stayed here.  We stopped here because it was 1:30 a.m. and needed to sleep.  Sleep we did not!!  Non smoking room wreaked of smoke, toilet and shower were nasty as well as the beds!  Looks like permanent residents and for sure drug dealers and prostitution going on.  I seriously feared for our lives!!!  This place needs to be condemned and BURNED!!!!!!!

MOST DISGUSTING PLACE ON EARTH!!!!!

do not stay here at all, most dirty place i have ever seen rooms not clean roaches in the bed and ceiling falling down in bathroom. also hookers everywhere and drug dealers. i would sleep in my car before i stay here.
