Very dirty and smelly in the hallways. The smell hits you as soon as you hit the not-so-easy-to-find entrance.” Stains on the luggage carrier, in the hallway, the elevator... Dirty towels in the hallway, hair in the bathtub and just a feeling of sleeping in a cesspool of germs and utter filth. Nasty and likely to cause an infection

This was just a stop on the way home, thus I did not explore the area. Nevertheless, it had a convenient location, was reasonably priced, and quite well-equipped (though the only place on my entire long trip sans hair drier). Mini-kitchen in the room a plus and guest laundry area a bonus for long-term travelers..

Pleasant and reasonable price

Good clean budget motel. Looks nice for extended stay. We were there only 2 nights. Room was good size. Internet good.Staff friendly. Good lication, near lots of businesses. We requested ground floor room and they found us one.

Nice

We have been coming to this area to attend concerts for several years and have chosen this property as it has met our basic needs for the weekend...until this year.  After receiving the verbal reminder about being non-smoking (which we are not, so not a concern) our room literally reeked of cigarette smoke.  While waiting for the incredibly slow and noisy elevator to go back down to the desk to address this, we noticed that that carpeting in the hallways and near the elevators in particular was stained, smelly and just filthy.  The front desk was responsive to getting us a different room but made a point of stating that housekeeping didn't report the odor.  Our new room was not smoky, but had a pervasive musty smell.  We had to get to the show and did not have time to try another room so we ended up having to keep the window open most of the time to let in fresh air...and highway noise. The desk did call to see if it was better and I let them know it was musty. She apologized and said there were no other rooms available. The fan on the blower in the room kept shutting off in the early morning hours so it was stuffy and hard to sleep, especially with the highway noise. On our way out, there was an overwhelming strong chemical/deodorant type smell near the elevator that gave both of us a coughing spell.  Our reservation was for 2 days and there was no ice in the only ice machine either day.  The staff (2 people!) at the front desk on the second day all but ignored me when I came down to get fresh towels.  When my husband went down again later to ask about getting a blow dryer, he was told "We don't have any more."  Seriously? Even budget hotels have these!  Finally, when we checked out and the clerk asked how our stay was, my husband shared all of our concerns and the clerk just shrugged.  Clearly this property has fallen victim to neglect, lack of concern and attention to cleanliness/maintenance and we will be choosing another hotel for our trip next year.

Circling the drain

First we were charged $200 for a room that's usually $75. Our toilet overflowed/ TV kept going out. Manager refused to talk with us & charged us for a room we couldn't stay in.  Choice Hotels was of no help.   Don't stay there. It's a RIP off.

Ripped off 

Me and my wife stayed at the Suburban extended stay for a week because it was a little cheaper than the rates at Extended Stay America but I wish we would of paid the extra money because the rooms were not well kept the employees weren't very friendly the front desk didn't have change so I could do Laundry it was all around a BAD EXPERIENCE

A week of poor service

Had a late flight, too late to disturb family so decided to book hotel.  Also need a freezer as was bringing frozen food.  Suburban fit the bill.  Very clean, large full size fridge.  Check in was fast.  Bed was comfortable.  Downside was the small counter space in bathroom.  Had to lay out toiletries on kitchenette counter.  OK for our 1 night stay but could be a problem for longer stays.  Parking lot was crowded but we found a spot.  Elevator is in the middle of building.
