Quick and easy check in.  Front desk very courteous and friendly.  Room was clean and spacious.

Incredibly friendly front desk. Very accommodating. Room was very clean. Had to find a place close to DePauw for a visit with my daughter. College Inn fit the bill. Great staff.  Perfect location for a visit to the college.

Good value for the money. Only complaint I have is the T.V. controller wouldn't change channels, but that wasn't a huge issue as I watch almost no T.V. anyhow.Will stay there again if need be.

The place is not exceptional.However, for the cost it was better than expected. The owner provided good service with check in and provided suggestions for eating. I will consider staying their again.

Totally old school, just like childhood roadsides. Old, and looked run down outside but was very clean and everything worked well. WiFi was perfect first try. Very quiet. Friendly, easygoing host. Great for a sleep while travelling through. Gave my kids a taste of the old days of simple amenities. Was a good experience.

Keeping in mind, this is an inexpensive hotel.  For the price, it was very good.  The room was clean, quiet, had a good TV and wifi.  The room was small and a bit dark.  There was an air conditioning/heating unit that was adjustable but a bit noisy.  The main negatives:  very few amenities.  I think we got 2 very small bars of soap and 2 disposable cups and we each got a towel, washcloth and hand towel - no extras.  Also, there is no housekeeping service so you don't get any fresh towels, soap or bed made.  Also, the ice machine has a hand scoop they leave in the machine - not very sanitary.  The hotel is all one level and has doors you open to the outside.  We always found a parking place but it could be tight when the hotel is full.  No breakfast and I'm not sure about coffee.  Hotel is across the street from DePauw University and very close to pizza and KFC.  Walmart and other restaurants are about a 8 minute drive away.  I am happy to do without the extras for a good price - I would stay here again!

Close to a campus which made for great walkabout.

Great place. 

Cool place. Not much in regards to amenities. Downtown area looks like it could offer so cool dining options.

We had the hidden room, although it seemed clean there was small inconveniences. The shower head is very low, so you have to stoop to use it. There is a microwave & frig, but no hair dryer. The Wi-Fi extender did not work so I had to go out in main parking lot to use it. Also free HBO was advertised but was unavailable. Not the best place to stay but for the price and it was the only place that had a room it worked.
