Tammy at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful! She made my stay in Victor great, helping me with local recommendations and insider knowledge.

Cobblestone first stay and really enjoy Victor area and property! Stay is very helpful and room is very clean!

Property appears new and staff as well as acomodation was great. Location is a very easy and scenic drive over the pass to the Tetons.

Check in was slow. Only hotel on our trip that asked me to initial multiple times (I don't have a pet, won't smoke, don't do drugs, not left handed etc etc). Otherwise a great hotel. Rooms were big, clean, comfortable, quiet. Couple of great BBQ type places to eat nearby. Breakfast was excellent. Pool was clean. A great hotel all round.

The room is clean and the emvironment is good. But I got a little upset with the front desk staff (the male staff, not the female staff). When we were planning to exchange some quarters for the laundry at the front desk, we were holding a box of detergent, which we got from the hotel we were staying the night before. The male staff walked out from the inner room (I had no idea why he was not staying at his workplace every time I got there), and suspected us to have grabbed the detergent from their shelves even though we explained that we brought it by ourselves, which made us kind of uncomfortable.

The room had a nice amount of space which was appreciated. We had several items of clothing for a wedding and it made it nice not to be cramped. The room was clean and the front desk was especially helpful when we had roudy neighbors at late hours. They kindly went and asked them to keep their noise level down.

I had the most delightful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Their attentiveness and genuine care for guests went above and beyond, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout my stay.Cleanliness was clearly a top priority at this hotel, as everything from the lobby to my room was spotless and well-maintained. It was evident that the staff took great pride in providing a clean and comfortable environment for guests to enjoy.The overall ambiance of the hotel was simply pleasant and relaxing. Whether I was lounging in the cozy lobby or enjoying a meal at the on-site restaurant, I felt a sense of tranquility and contentment that added to the overall experience.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a friendly, clean, and pleasant place to stay. My time here was truly enjoyable, and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making my stay so memorable!

Great Hotel!

I booked a suite "with multiple beds" with hotels.com for Cobblestone and when I arrived I learned that Cobblestone's definition of this was a king bed and the sofa bed.  (I expected 2 queens in the bedroom and my suite was closest to street noise.) I was told there was no way to change the reservation thru the hotel and I would have to rent the room I wanted direct and bear the cost of the original reservation too.  They said it was be unlikely that hotels.com would do anything as "most 3rd party booking services don't). BUT, when I called hotels.com from the lobby, I suggested I be allowed to cancel my hotels.com reservation without penalty and book directly with the hotel for a different room, all agreed this could be done.  My feedback to the Cobblestone  is this- and to hotels.com - THEY should taken the responsibility for solving this problem, not leaving this to their customer and risking a very unhappy customer...that's just bad business.  Other than this, our stay was good and the staff was helpful and friendly.  I'd stay again but would take more care to understand exactly  the type of room being rented before arrival.

It was a wonderful place to stay. The breakfast offered a plentiful and well-stocked assortment of fruits, bread/bagels, muffins, oatmeal, yogurt, fresh scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, sausage or bacon, juices, etc., and an excellent selection of condiments as well. The room was large, clean, and quiet, with very nice beds. I have no complaints, but you do need to ask to have the room freshened during your stay.  Knotty Pine Restaurant across the street had delicious, reasonably priced food with indoor and outdoor dining.  The atmosphere there was very rustic, but the service and food were good.

The excellent staff allowed early check in with helped us get ready for a family wedding and make it on time.  The room was modern, spacious, very clean, well lit, and very quiet.  The bathroom was large with a ample brightly lighted sink vanity.  I wished we could have opened a window for fresh air, however the temp in the room was fine.  The breakfast was good with many choices.  It was tourist season so IMHO the price was spendy, but for what you got it was probably one of the best places to stay in Victor,

I have been traveling for 12 days, and I can honestly say that this is the best motel I have stayed in during my travels! You won’t be disappointed! They have all the amenities that you would need. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to assist you. One tip-if you want to do laundry, bring a roll of quarters. The front desk does run out of them, but there is the option of a laundromat down the street.

The employees at check in were outstanding! Knowledgeable and helpful. The room was clean except the air conditioner worked when it wanted to, which made the room very hot at night. The continental breakfast was good other than the greedy people using the continental stuff to stock up for their trip. Would come back.
