179 reviewsWe were in a fix. The home we rented for the weekend was awful. It was past midnight and we could not find a hotel room for a reasonable rate. We called Holiday Inn in Chester. The person there found us a room in Poughkeepsie. We got cut off though. When we arrived at the hotel in Poughkeepsie, the lady behind the front desk was awesome. She helped us get a room, gave us a discount, and even offered us a snack. (We didn’t take the snack as we just wanted bed!) By this time, it was 2:00 a.m. We were so frustrated and tired. This lady was awesome though and was so kind and helpful. We slept well the hours we had left to sleep! THANK YOU!
