Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Self parking fee: USD 25 per day (in/out privileges)
• Crib (infant bed) fee: USD 30 per night
• Rollaway bed fee: USD 30 per night

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Cleaning fee: USD 129.00 per accommodation, per stay

We have included all charges provided to us by the property. However, charges can vary, for example, based on length of stay or the room you book.

Renovations and Closures
The property will be renovating from 04 February 2019 to 30 June 2019 (completion date subject to change). The following areas are affected:

• Fitness facilities
• Swimming pool

Renovation work will only be conducted during business hours on weekdays. Every effort will be made to minimize noise and disturbance.
