Village Inn Motel

We honestly chose this spot as it was just a short drive from Munising, but much more reasonable than motels in town. It was really a nice break from the touristy-ness of Munising. The drive was very scenic taking us out into more rural UP land. This motel is nicely redone and remodeled. All of our interaction was done online from check in, to door code, to check out. While it didn't feel as personal as some of our other places on our Lake Superior Circle Tour, the accommodations made up for it. By far our largest motel room on the trip, it was also the nicest in terms of amenities and space. We graded each of our stays on the Lake Superior Circle Tour on 12 points that travelers might find helpful: 1. Coffee Maker - Yes 2. Microwave/Fridge - Yes 3. AC - Yes 4. Fan - Yes, option on AC unit 5. Bath - clean - 2 sinks. One in bathroom and one outside in back of room. 6. Bed - good 7. Accessible - Room yes, tub no 8. Cleanliness - A+ 9. TV - Yes 10. View - Beautiful view over farm field. We stayed on the backside of hotel. Would recommend this. 11. Ice - Unsure - did not seek any out here 12. Price - Medium
