This is a little gem of a condo located right on Sugar beach. We stayed with our family of four in #7. The unit is a little cozy for four people, but fine for a couple with two younger kids. Though modest, the unit is clean and well maintained and stocked with everything we needed, and the king sized bed was quite comfortable and the AC works very well. The unit is right next to the pool and steps from the beach. It also has a comfortable lanai for extra space. The pool is a bit small and not heated, but it’s right next to the beach so no giant pool needed. Everyone there was friendly and respectful of quiet hours. We could definitely hear the people in the unit above us, so be mindful if this will bother you if you book a unit on ground floor. We loved walking down the beach to the bakery or shave ice, and it’s a few mins drive to restaurants in Kihei. About 45 mins to Lahaina and 15 mins from airport. The office staff were helpful and responsive.
