We've visited many times and we always book our units through Suite Paradise as we trust them with cleanliness and stellar customer service! 

This time we had Manualoha 804. It's a beautiful updated suite. We loved everything about it.

We stayed in Manaloha 305.  Kitchen was very well appointed-- plenty of dishes, pans in great condition, rice cooker, blender all in good shape.  Knives were a little dull (got to remember to bring a knife sharpener with me when we travel :)), but as negatives go, that was it.  Wife usually spends the first day scrubbing any vacation place we stay and she did not feel it necessary to do it for this place which says a lot about the condition it was in.   Beds were all very firm and comfortable.  They provided plenty of toilet paper for the full week.  There is one grill shared by a lot of people next to the pool.  

Membership to the Poipu Athletic center down the road was nice as their pool was nicer than the ones for the Condo (although one pool had a great view of the ocean).  The athletic club was great for those with late flights as well as for $40, you can hang out there on departure day and they will take care of your luggage in a cool place.

We had a great time and this condo was much better than those of our friends down the road who paid much more.

Many different units to choose from, everything from pretty basic to pretty high end. Its all up to you, and how much you want to spend, how many bedrooms, ocean view, ground floor, etc. Nice little touches from Suite Paradise, nice bedding, toiletries etc. more like a high end hotel feeling than condo rental experience. Check in/out is super easy and convenient.

We've stayed at Manualoha 505 with Suites Paradise for almost two weeks - family of 5. Location is perfect - short walk through well-kept and picturesque property grounds to several sandy beaches (great snorkeling there!).
Covered parking is available, lots of BBQ and picnic tables for public use.

The unit itself is great - lots of space, super clean, all amenities you can think of. A/C is portable, but in both bedrooms and were working well. Kitchen is well stocked - we cooked at home and found all we needed here.
Suite Paradise workers are very responsive and kind, answered all our questions and we didn't have any issues. Thank you for a great stay!!!

I have stayed at Poipu Sands a number of time in the past and most recently in December 2019. 

Poipu Sands 124 has not been managed by Suite Paradise since September 2006 and is currently managed by Poipu 365 who have been very responsive to my questions and request to book.

The condo is fantastic and the pictures are accurate. Having the large washer dryer was really nice so I could wash my clothes during my stay and not bring home dirties. The kitchen is well stocked. I have stayed at a number of other condos where you barely get plates and forks but here you get a full set of pots and pans, plenty of silverware and plates. There is even a mango slicer. I also appreciated having beach chairs, boogie boards, sun umbrella and a cooler. The bed in the master was very comfortable and our travel companions didn't complain about the one in the other bedroom.

I can't wait to go back.

We are counting the days to our next stay at Suite Paradise on the beautiful island of Kauai.  We have lost count as to the number of times we have stayed here.  But it keeps calling us back.  A year without enjoying this lovely island, at this lovely place, with the helpful and competent staff would be unimaginable.  The resort is located steps from breathtaking Poipu Beach, within walking distance of wonderful restaurants and inviting beach activities.

We stayed in MAN102, which had great views of Poipu Beach and was right next to the swimming pool.  Management was highly responsive and easy to connect with.  They have an App, which is also great for communications.  The access to the fitness club across the street was also a hit and appreciated.  Acceptionally professional organization!

Excellent service and accommodation highly recommend people who are looking for quality location and unit close in a ocean and amenities of poipu unit has everything one needs 
Incredible view and sounds of the waves

Shout out to Suite Paradise in Kauai at Poipu Beach for making this a vacation we will never forget!  Staff was excellent to work with & very helpful.  Regency Villa H214 was exactly as pictured and a beautiful place to stay.  Very clean and well kept.  Had all that you needed to enjoy a relaxing day at the beach with a picnic lunch or lounge around the pool at Poipu Beach athletic club for a light bite to eat and drinks by the pool.  Coming back to our villa in the evening was relaxing and the accommodations were just like being at home, we were able to grill a nice big steak from Costco and relax on the lanai and take a hot shower and into a comfortable bed for the night.   Easy check in process and Ashlyne S.  was very helpful on line as she assisted us with the process of booking our villa. She was prompt and sent us an immediate e-mail confirmation and map of the grounds.  The gals at the office were very friendly and helpful once we arrived, giving us extra laundry detergent & personal items in case we forgot anything.   HIGHLY RECOMMEND this unit as it had central air which was very nice!
Poipu Beach & Brenecke's was a stone's throw from the villa, easy access to Shipwreck Beach as well.  Cant say enough great things about our visit.  Will definately be back and hopefully stay in the same villa...

We recently stayed at Lawai Beach Resort through Suite Paradise for a week. It is updated, and the breezes bring serenity to your mind and body. Suite Paradise was easy to deal with, and very helpful. Highly recommend!

The unit was very comfortable. The ocean view is great. The landscaping is plush and very well maintained. The unit only has A/C in the bedrooms, but that was not a problem. Natural ventilation and mild climate kept the place comfortable throughout the day and night.

The unit needs updating. The door on the master bedroom shower was difficult to open and close. The bathrooms had a musty smell. The carpet and tile looked dated. The front door knob and lock were difficult to operate. However, the bedrooms were very comfortable and had very comfortable mattresses. The decks are nice. The kitchen looked updated and was well stocked. The bathrooms were also well stocked.

The unit is within an easy walking distance to Poipu beach. A swimming pool on the property is one about a 1-block walk. Parking was not a problem, but the spaces are narrow. 

Overall, the unit was nice and was worth the cost.

I must say that getting in touch with the management office was frustrating. Took many calls to get in touch. They did not return voicemail.

Nice accommodations with great view and amenities

This was our 2nd time staying with Suite Paradise. The grounds are beautiful and a few minutes walk to shipwreck and poipu beaches, and they offer several pools, an athletic club, and shared outdoor grills, and are decently priced with nice condos. We rented a condo in Manualoha 606 for 11 days. This unit originally offered a small ocean view but that is not the case any longer so don’t believe any reviews or descriptions that may suggest that. There is a building now blocking any view. The condo is very well appointed, with a nicely upgraded kitchen and bathroom, and is spacious. There were plenty of cooking utensils and serving utensils. We wished there were some spices and cooking oil in the condo, as it’s a bit ridiculous to buy salt, pepper and cooking oil for a few days worth of cooking. The previous unit we stayed in (Kahala) had provided these but nothing in this one. The bedroom is in the front of the condo which is a bit strange but didn’t bother us. There was a small portable  AC unit for the bedroom with a sign asking not to move it anywhere. 
Now the only real issue we had with this unit was the heat. Yes it’s Hawaii, but we had previously stayed as I mentioned in a Kahala unit that was on the 2nd floor with no AC and never had any issue with it being too hot. This condo would get so warm in the afternoon and stay that way  throughout the evening, despite having all windows open and all fans going. It was 85 degrees in the condo, other than the bedroom where the AC unit was. I think the placement of the windows doesn’t catch the winds very well, and the sun beats down on the unit in the afternoon. It was miserable to hang out too long in the living room. I wouldn’t stay in this condo again for that reason alone. Which is a shame, because other than that this condo was great. I’ll definitely stay with suite paradise again but will choose another condo unless AC is available in the living room.

Manualoha 505, Suites Paradise

Suite Paradise - Poipu Kai - Manualoha 804

We have stayed at 710 Regency with Suite Paradise for the past 5+ years and have always had an amazing experience. The condo is great location, dedicated parking, AC, access to athletic club - it’s always been amazing!

This trip we are rating it a 3 as some of the policy seemed to change within the complex. We have two kids 11 & 7 who understandably like to play in the pool. We were told on separate occasions that they couldn’t play in the pool (playing catch with a football when we were the only ones there each time) by security. Security came up very aggressively on different days to our family and said no balls, jumping into the pool or splashing. I asked what we were supposed to do in the pool then as we were the only people there at the time…. I went and spoke to Suite Paradise mgmt and they were no help and said it’s HOA policy as that the rules where it says no splashing, balls etc- basically no fun. 

Additionally I believe the unit above is now occupied full time with animals that love to run around and play while the owner is gone so it is very loud   until about 1a nightly as I am guessing the person works off hours. 

While we have loved the condo unfortunately we will be looking for a new location as you can’t go to Hawaii and have essentially a lap pool only with kids in a loud unit.

710 Regency Suite Paradise

Stayed in Manualoha 303 at Suite Paradise.  This unit should not be rented out until the stove top is repaired - damaged and could start a fire.  Dishwasher was broken but fixed same day.  Unit is tired.  We stayed in same unit several years but obviously nothing has been kept up.  Pots/pan with loose handles; can opener broken; missed matched and very few kitchen storage container; extremely noisy air conditioner.  A shame since it has once been great.

Manuahola 303 gone downhill

VRBO rental. Slept 6. Owners in VRBO ad /rental info did not bother to share info about construction in unit across from the unit. Somewhat noisy but not awful.
Conveniently located in Poipu.
The Property Mgr., Suite Paradise did a great job. Unit was clean and front desk, Shawni has great customer service skills.  Aloha!

Finding sunshine!

I knew coming into the vacation you HAVE to AC especially here. I had central air in my unit and it was wonderful! Here’s my only gripe. I got a ticket for not having my parking pass. It was there, I had to push it up a bit so I could see. 2nd ticket was for backing in instead of parking forward. Really? If you list a key it was 1, 500 to replace! I was so stressed out for the parking thing that 3rd ticket would get you towed. So upon leaving I couldn’t put my parking badge w/keys bc it has to remain in the car. I forgot it in the car costing 100$ I booked through Marriott and will be leaving them with info as well. Remember to look at THE RULES. They are costly. I feel 100 bucks for you to laminate another card is excessive. The parking is really tight as well. We stayed at Regency 111. The girls were cool about it in the office but, the extra 100 is crazy. In todays economy that money means a lot to people. I even washed all the towels for the cleaning gals. Otherwise, the stay was amazing with central air conditioning.
