Wonder staff and the room was amazing and the bed was so comfy

Extremely impressed by the staff and facility. Room was clean, everything worked, and utilized the gym during off hours.

The property appears to be newly built which was a huge plus during our stay. Rooms were clean and neatly designed. One of the doors near the elevators was inoperable during the stay but this was only a small inconvenience. Staff were nice and professional. The front desk receptionist appeared to be overwhelmed and didn’t have much help with a number of people checking in but she continuing to offer her apologies and remained calmed. Would definitely book again in the future. Overlooked that breakfast isn’t provided so this would be the only reason i wouldn’t utilize the hotel due to having children and breakfast being offered would save money and be more convenient.

Outstanding service from Nicole and Queisha. Nice, quiet, spacious rooms. Very clean, and close to everything.

It is a very very new hotel so it was definitely clean and kept up with for sure.

Everything was excellent except the beds were a little uncomfortable and no ice machine.

This is a no frills kind of place. It’s new and clean, but that’s the one real positive. The bed is basically a cot, with a foam mattress on a noisy metal spring platform. The bathroom had a small bar of soap and a small shampoo bottle. The “kitchen” had no dishes or, well, anything other than the fixtures. The walls had to have been made of paper as I could hear conversations  all around me. The late check in process was odd albeit effective. I mean, it’s fine, just a little too much like camping for me and I understand the low pricing. It was a place to lie down for the night but not a restful, comfortable room. I think I’ll spend a little more in the future.

My stay was good. Good price comfy bed. My only complaint is I called for extra blankets and never got them. The guys said they were drying and I would get one after but never did. The check was quick and smooth. The manager checked me in not sure if her name but her energy is amazing. Great customer service made me feel very welcome

The tub did not have anti slip discs and they really need them. Very slippery.  The most unfortunate part was that yes it has a kitchen area, but it did not come with any dishes or pots and pans, You had to purchase them, you even had to purchase the coffee maker.  I would not want to  have to bring my kitchen whenever I stayed there. I did not see this information on the web site.

Great Staff

The only thing missing was a place to get coffee in the morning. Had to drive to get a cup but otherwise it’s a nice place and would recommend to anyone.

Due to vinyl flooring throughout the rooms and hallways and lack of soundproofing this is a very noisy hotel!  We will not stay here again
