Management Staff was great and cottage was clean, well appointed and quiet.

My friend and I wanted to visit the Hamptons for a long weekend this summer.  It was a last minute trip, and I wasn't expecting to find a lot of availability.  But Bay Watch Hotel and Marina came to the rescue. Our standard room was ready when we arrived - was nice and air conditioned and had a full kitchenette with everything we might need (including microwave and mini-fridge).  The staff was friendly and helpful, and always around if we needed something.  The pool was amazing!  I was expecting it to be crowded, considering it was peak time in the summer, but it was quiet and peaceful.  The hotel room and grounds were clean and well-kept.  I especially liked the string lights all around at night.  Parking was plentiful and location was ideal, right near the beaches and not far from Southhampton.  The whole experience was relaxing and hassle-free - exactly what we needed.  I will be back!

Baywatch Hotel & Marina is central to all Hamptons. This place is an excellent value, clean and friendly staff. Very nice manager. Rebecca is very helpful. Thank you!

Staff at the Bay Watch were friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms were clean with the exception of the towels and bed linens that seemed to be a bit dingy (may have been just hard stains to get out) Otherwise, pool was excellent, location good and quiet, and for the price, I would highly recommend trying it out!

Great value and amenities in Hampton Bays

WOW! This hotel felt like home after the weekend I spent there. We all gathered for my very good friends' wedding. Family and friends stayed iether Thurs-Sun or Fri-Sun and what a wonderful time was had by all. Revekkah is THE MOST WELCOMING and hospitable woman I have ever met. I honestly felt like she was part of the wedding party by the time Sunday rolled around. The pool is fantastic and clean. The rooms are easily suited for a couple or a family who wanted some more space as there is an option for a cottage, and the food truck on the property had one of the best bacon egg and cheese sandwiches I have ever had. And I'm a Long Island lady who loves her BEC with SPK (iykyk)
My friends and I discussed doing a weekend there every summer bc the time we had was so fantastic. It is the perfect place for a casual couples getaway or a big reunion. I cannot say enough about how sweet Revekkah was. CHECK THIS PLACE OUT, YOU WONT REGRET IT!

WELCOME HOME

This place is wonderful!!  Rebecca is amazing.  Can't wait to stay there again.  We had Queen cottage #1. Plenty of room for 3 fun loving ladies.  Grills and little sitting patio at each cottage and others available throughout the grounds.  Gated pool area great with plenty of lounging room. Nice area in marina end to sit and look at amazing sunsets.  Walking distance to some restaurants and Bars.  The food truck on site has great breakfast and lunch items (homemade Greek items, yummy!!) This place is central to all things Hamptons!  This place is an excellent value, clean and friendly staff.

The Best place to stay in the Hamptons

Our first visit to this area, so we were not quite sure what to expect. The Baywatch is tucked between some marinas but is easy to find.  The location is good, you can walk to the beach (about a mile) and there are some restaurants within walking distance, but since we visited in October, most were closed. Check in was great, the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Stayed in the deluxe king suite. The space was very nice and roomy with a love seat and a small kitchen table and chairs, also a range, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Only a few basic kitchen utensils and plates and cups. Good for reheating some leftovers, not for full on cooking. Our unit was very clean and modern, even though the outside looks a bit dated. We did not use the pool due to the weather, cloudy, cool, and windy. We totally enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again if we visit the Hamptons again.

Hidden Gem in Hampton Bays

We stayed in the Queen cottage for 2 nights in early October.  Cottage had everything, just the minimum of it though.  Cottage was a big room with a small love seat, tiny table and 2 chairs pushed against the walls, as shown in the photos.  Nothing fancy or that you would want to hang out in.  We were 3 of us so the 2 queen beds were fine. There were 2 towels, although they brought us a bunch more towels very quickly.  It was all very clean.  We used the AC and the heat on this weekend! The outdoor area was set up with picnic tables, grills, chair groupings and a hammock, and with the tiki torches at night it was a great place to hang out.  There is a marina at the end of the driveway, and you can hear the music from the local places across the water.  We enjoyed it! There are a couple of places to eat within easy walking distance, and we did see other guests coming back with their leftovers, although we did not visit these places while we were there.   The proximity to the ocean beaches, just over the Shinnecock Bay, is fantastic!  The pool was open while we were there, and the weather was warm enough to use it, even in October.  It looked very inviting. This is a nice little enclave tucked away with access to lots of the great things the east end has to offer, including the wineries, Hamptons, Sag Harbor, Riverhead, bay and beaches.

Amazing time, loved it so much went back the following weekend. Met some wonderful New friends and this is now my go to place every summer. I can’t talk Rave enough about the Food Truck, the owner that does the cooking should be in a 5 Star Restaurant. Even if you don’t stay at the hotel you have to take the ride out there and have breakfast or lunch. Exceptional all around!!!!!!!

Very impressed with cleanliness. Its a motel but you can tell they care about their property. They have cameras watching all areas of property and they sit outside watching the coming and goings. I really like the room had floors instead of carpet and a little table and kitchen. Spacious double room, clean towels, plenty of parking, resturants and beach close. We didnt use pool but looked nice. Helpful staff. Would def stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Bay Watch. The hotel is charming and the staff very accommodating. It’s very comfortable and well-priced (if you are reading this review, you know how hard that is to find in the Hamptons). The rooms were spotless and fully equipped-including a kitchenette. The pool and outdoor lounge areas (complete with barbecues) were perfect for enjoying the day. We were out for a wedding and the hotel was able to let us check in early and change for the event which was very much appreciated. 
We will definitely stay at the Bay Watch next time we are in the Hamptons and highly recommend it.

A great place to stay in the Hamptons

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable motel! We were warmly greeted and attended to by Rebecca at the front desk. She gave us lots of friendly, personal service and a complete run-down of all the places to see and things to do. My husband loves maps and exploring, and Rebecca showed him where all the high points were on the map she handed him, and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room looked to be recently updated. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay here again the next time we decide to visit The Hamptons!
