Nice condo and fabulous infinity pool overlooking the gulf. Easy checkin/checkout.   Friendly  staff.
Visited Treasure Bay casino nearby for all you can eat crab and went on train tour through old Biloxi. Grand time!

We spent five nights here on vacation last week.  We had a three bedroom, two bath unit with a beautiful view from our 12th floor balcony.  A flat screen television in all bedrooms as well as the living room.  Everything in the kitchen is furnished including a dishwasher.  Gated parking lot and good security.  Stone walk in shower and a jacuzzi in the master bedroom.  We loved it and hope to return someday.

Very nice view from the balcony !! Large condo , clean .very safe. Always had a security guard on duty ! Friendly staff, nice pools ! Only complaint was our beds needed new mattresses !! and no restaurant on the property .

This was a very nice condo. 206 was roomy with a great view. It was clean, and other then the garbage despoil needing a plumber call everything else was real good. This condo I would give 4.5 the sofa sleeper is not to good other then that it's fine. The drop to 4 is due to location on hwy 90. You have to cross the beach and the traffic on this 4 lane main hwy is tough and with small kids it is real bad. 

We stayed in Unit 507 for a short family vacation to Gulfport/Bilox.  We rented directly from the owner and had no problems at all.  Check in was easy and we picked up parking passes and wristbands at the front desk.  The condo was beautiful and spacious!  3 bedrooms/3 baths, tidy and the decor was nice. Comfy beds. The location is conveniently near restaurants and is close to casinos.  The bad:  it is across the street from the beach and the traffic noise does take away from the ambiance.  The view is lovely, but you can't hear the waves at all.  Getting to/from the beach from The Sienna is a bit weird also.  You can exit to the beach from one gate near the pool, but you can't re-enter there.  The only gate open to return is on the opposite side, and then you encounter a second gate just a few feet away from the doors that is locked, so you must walk all the way around to the backside of the building to the main entrance to get back inside.  I know it's security reasons, but it seems like beach access should be made easier.  A gate with a code to get in/out would be much better.  There is also no place to rinse off any sand stuck to your feet/shoes.

Location is good but crossing the road part is dangerous, especially with kids!
Beautiful view from all levels and nice to have some extras, as steam room, indoor and out pools, included parking and great lobby service.
Inside our room, half of the light bulbs missing, ripped/pilling living room sofas (!), ugly wall stains in the bathroom, no curtains in the living and see-through in the bedroom but most bad one NO internet... (even though was advertised otherwise). Were only notified of all upon arrival! As well, right next door was being renovated, all day long noises...
Otherwise, close to everything, grocery, restaurants, beach. Ask question prior renting, a lot of them!

The condo itself is nice enough and in its day was too notch. However, a major road sits between the condo and the ocean. It is impossible to sit on the balcony because of the road noise,not to mention the pool pump running continuously that is also very close to the condo. Additionally, the railroad and airport is within ear shot, so we have named this vacation the "Planes, trains and automobiles" trip.

Apparently you had some issues with the condo staff.  Also, my housekeeper said the condition of my condo was the worst it has ever been left.  I feel like I was accommodating to you and the needs of your mother, but I hope you understand that you are not welcome back.

As far as the staff I can let you know a couple of things I did take issue with. On the first night we were there I was standing on the front of the condo looking over the rail over the parking lot. Your security guard then walks out of the lobby and goes directly to the generator, walks around the brick wall, picks up a small bottle of liquor from behind the wall and begins drinking. This is 12 am on the first night we were there. This did not make us feel too secure. However I never mentioned this to anyone of the staff. In fact the gentleman that worked over the weekend was very friendly and we had several pleasant conversations. He often recommended activities for us, he was great.  The only time I ever questioned anything regarding the staff was at checkout. As stated in the documentation I attempted to return the keys to the front desk. Evidently the documentation was incorrect and I was to place the keys back in the lock box. I was quite frustrated as I had just completed cleaning the room (not to your satisfaction I am sorry to hear) loading the car and was following the rules as I mistakenly understood them. Yes I did voice my frustration as I did not have the code for the box and we were very much ready to leave. I am sorry If I offended anyone but i did not raise my voice or use any expletives but I said I did not have the code and asked if they might have it. This was met with blank stares and rude comments. Never the less I hate to think that my frustration over something as silly as where to return the keys offended anyone. I am sorry to hear this as well.

As far as coming back to you condo we have no intentions on ever returning. We are used to beach front condo's that are actually on the beach not across a busy four lane highway. Instead of the relaxing roar of the ocean we listened to traffic for four days. You really misrepresented this I am surprised no one mentioned this in the reviews. So we will continue to go to real beach front condos on much nicer beaches were the security staff are not drunks, the condo staff is not overly sensitive and the cleaning crew is not afraid to make a bed. Good luck.
