My other favorite hotel in town was unfortunately booked, but America's Best Value and they aren't kidding. I mean, for real. What I received for the money paid was unprecedented in my 40+ years of traveling. Easily rivals any 3-star hotel which would no doubt charge me hundreds. I'm at under a hundred here and I have zippy wi-fi, a fridge and microwave that's clean and WORKS, friendly staff welcoming me, a pool and jacuzzi, AND a breakfast all included?! Give me a break. I'd be so much richer and my pockets would be fuller if only all hotels were like this one in terms of cost-effectiveness. I would definitely stay again.

Untouchable in it's class 

This is the second motel we have stayed at in 8 days. It is also the second motel to have broken security locks on the door. 
The blanket was very thin, more like a throw for a Sunday afternoon nap.
The towels are very thin, so thin that a wash cloth had a hole in it.
The free breakfast was cereal,  pancakes, and fruit. We found a very nice restaurant down the street for breakfast. 
I do not recommend this place.

Needs some work.

This is just a nice comfortable hotel, with nice rooms and a quiet atmosphere.  It was a good stopping point on our way from Utah to Aspen CO.  Nothing fancy at all, but did have a nice breakfast, and the room was clean and had the needed amenities. 

Nice comfortable room and convenient location

Great overall hotel experience! Rooms were clean, service was EXCELLENT and breakfast was delicious. Beds were very comfortable. Great price with easy check in and check out. Sarah at the front desk was very helpful and a pleasure to talk with.

Excellent Stay

The best value I can say I've had. I've paid more at dingy motels, at the economical chain motels that have a number in their name, and this place was like an oasis compared to those thorny deserts. I wanted a clean and comfortable bed with fast wi-fi, received way more than I asked for. Never expected breakfast at the price that I had paid but they even had a nice full breakfast. Couldn't believe it, would stay again in a heartbeat.

Best value I've ever had

Checked in late 2am no one at desk had ro ring bells like cheap motels clerk was sleeping  upon check in the program had issues with credit card machine...i didn't get a recept or cc slip then i thought i noticed the clerk wrote my cc information down not happy with that...when I asked he said he was half asleep and there was problem with check in 
i was completely  over tired to argue after 12 hr drive that day i asked about amenities  then was informed they would be open in morning. We'll at 630 am couldnt sleep due to noises went to get complementary  breakfast which didnt open to 7AM.
 i found a sign stating closed for winter for indoor pool and hot tub.. back to the noises that keep us up the new mini fridge shook every hour sounded like a wood peckers in the wall, but i must admit it did have somwhat comfortable  bed for the 3.75 hrs we stayed and  then moved down the street to super 8 a much better place.

Don't stay here

Friendly helpful staff, Clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed and pillows. The parking lot was right outside my window; but I never heard a sound. Thick rye bread (toast) included in breakfast choices! Yum! Desk and chair, good lighting were perfect as I had schoolwork to do.

I will stay here again!

The staff was very friendly and the hotel amenities were excellent. The pool and hot tub were exceptional, and the breakfast was average. The water pressure in the showers was strong and perfect. The hotel was also very clean. It was also very convenient because it was right by Arches National Park and was right off interstate 70. There were few restaurants in the area, but other than that it was an exceptional hotel. You get a lot of value by staying at this hotel compared to others in the area. Overall, I would rate a 5/5.

Arches National Park Hotel

The staff was pleasant and helpful.  The room was quiet, with all the lamps, tv, microware, mini fridge, and most importantly air conditioner working well.   It is a budget motel with loads of parking and the grounds kept up.  The bed was also comfortable.

Clean room kept up well.

When I got to the room, there were gnats everywhere. I asked for another room but was refused by the hotel. Instead, they said this happens all the time in this room, sprayed Raid everywhere and told me to sit in the dark since they are attracted to light. So no TV, no reading - all the normal things a person does to unwind. I was in the middle of Utah by myself and it was late at night so I was stuck in the dark  until morning.
