I am writing this review for my poor parent - in-laws who ended up here.
Rm. 10 is horrible. Not just dated, but filthy with several safety hazards. 
Filthy - bath tub, shower curtain, bathroom floor literally had melon seeds in the corner with a layer of dust on them. Holes in bathroom walls, tile flooring shattered,  filthy and broken ceiling tiles, (directly above their heads). Filthy stains on chairs, you wouldn't want to sit there. 

Safety hazards - torn and shredded carpet directly in front of the window.         Several extension cords strung together to run the lamp, and air conditioner.

My husband and I travel quite a bit. We often choose the cheaper hotels to stay in when we are just in & out for the night. However, this is truly the absolute worst I have ever seen.  I don't understand how it could possibly pass a board of health or any other kind of inspection.



HORRIBLE

This is a 1950's vintage motel (if not older). But it has a new roof, new carpet and basic features like mini-fridge. The tub/shower could be upgraded. The bed was fine ad I slept the best night I had on on this road trip. It was priced well for what you get. The manager was nice enough, and there was a nie city park across the street. But Green River is a dead town - there is nothing there, but it breaks up a long drive and gives you a place to sleep (eating wasn't much of an option though!). It you want to save some money, this place is fine.

Named Appropriately: Cheap but a decent room for the night

We've visited this motel many times before , and as we always liked it we came here again - and were not disappointed at all !
Our room (34) is large and equipped with everything you need ( microwave, fridge , two beds ) and was very clean ! Although the furniture in the room and the bathroom is quite old this didn't disturb us at all because of the cleanliness - and we like the atmosphere there ! There's also a table with two chairs in this room which can be used for having a meal or using a laptop ... .
A hairdryer is available on request at the front desk .
What we really liked this year : there are beautiful brandnew benches outside the rooms and the lobby is decorated with beautiful flowers !
Last but not least , to be honest , we come here every year ( if possible ) because of Wayne at the front desk ! He's so friendly and helpful , and , by the way , offers the best coffee in town !
Worth the really fair price !!!


A wonderful stay in Green River !

Stayed here on a road trip and was very disappointed. The fridge did not work, the chair was broken and coming apart, the shower did not work and there was no tub plug and the carpet was filthy.  All these things could be corrected and it could be tolerated but when we made a list of things for the manager he got very defensive and said the shower did work. We said no it didn't.  Why would a guest make something up like that? Water squirted out all around the handles. Would never stay here AGAIN!!

Way too many problems

Absolutely limit values. Seeing the guy at the front desk doesn't mean anything, but at least he was very nice. The room at the back of the building was old and broken down and not very clean, but amazingly, we slept very well. The backyard is really not a nice view. But it was the cheapest hotel we found.

Limit values

The price was great. (We just needed a clean, inexpensive place to stay for the night.) The man in charge was super nice.  The place is a really old motel and needs major updating but the photos you see are out of date.  They have nice benches near all rooms.  Clean,  great water pressure for the shower, awesome coffee in the morning at the front desk at checkout.  Yummy, fresh watermelon slices on hand.

Don't let the outside stop you from staying here.

This place needs ALOT of TLC by the looks of my room, and I'm astounded that people have rated this more than a 2!🤔

   To be fair, when I checked out early the next morning, I was going
 to ask if they were in stages of 
upgrading many of the rooms, but 
there was no desk agent available, and there were several other keys 
scattered on the counter where I 
added mine. (Now after seeing other guests photos I can be assured that this room has not been upgraded in more than a year.)

   
    If it hadn't been after a Long Day's driving and after 8:30 p.m., I would have gone elsewhere. I never  have HIGH expectations for any roadside motels,  but at least expect clean sheets and carpet and bathroom and I'm usually generally pleased.
    After getting my key, as a Solo female traveler, I was uneasy that a sleepy / possibly inebriated male  sat down on the bench  by my room, as I navigated my car to back into the space  closest to my hotel room. As my trunk popped open I was relieved that a voice from a car several spaces away called to this person, who then ambled away slowly. I quickly grab my bags and entered the 
dark  room to find two wall switches in the "up" position (when I realized later is the "off" position on all of the light switches!)
   I don't want to go on and on but once I entered the room this is what I found, it appears every tile in the small bathroom is cracked. And altho it appears that some repair had been done it was minimal and shoddy. Piece of bear plywood was attached to the wall to support the towel rack. Side the bathroom the lower molding around the door frame were either broken or two. Off exposing about 6 in of bare, raw wood. The smoke detector in the ceiling was covered with a baggie and the electrical outlets were about an inch away from the wall.
    Thank goodness the blanket and sheets appear to be cleaned but bed was devoid of any bedspreads as other photos depict.

Would not stay here again🙁

The standard motel of this class in America. It's a little rusty, but clean. The usual set is a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, coffee. Everything works, no complaints. We got a room not on the side of the road, but on the side of the yard. And it was very good and extremely comfortable. It was like a family thing. The staff is very friendly. When we got in, they showed us where the ice is, where the coffee is, how to get in and how to get out of our room. It gave us the impression of a home environment. There are coffee shops around the rooms, you can breathe or smoke. The location of the motel is very convenient. Around the hotel there are many places where you can eat and taste the best coffee. A very nice coffee! We didn't even expect to like it very much.

A nice place in Green River.

This motel is a very clean old style motel. It has the classic park in front of your room motel. The room has all of the basic needs - tv, Microwave, small refrigerator, WiFi. This motel has great central location in sleepy Green River. It has a nice park across the street and walking distance to most shops and restaurants. And the price was good.

The manager is friendly if a little eccentric. He goes out of his way to help you. The rooms are large with two double beds, which are so comfortable, fridge and microwave in room along a bathroom and second separate sink. A simple but adequate breakfast is served in reception along with great coffee, fresh melon and warm freshly cooked blueberry muffins cooked by Wayne. Yes, the rooms could do with an upgrade but they are clean and the price reflects this. Great value, good service. I
