Clean spacious room with beautiful view of the river

This place exceeded my expectations. I went for a little trip, just about an hour away from where I live. I was concerned, for the price, that it was going to be a let down — but my wife and I loved it! Great rooms, great view, friendly staff, and a delicious restaurant just across the street. Highly recommend

The view from the rooms is spectacular. Love the sun coming up from behind the bridge with the seals diving for fish. The staff are so friendly and helpful.

Amazing location! Loved the riverside access and resort feel. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an incredible stay at Jot’s Resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The highlight of our stay was the magnificent view from our room—waking up to the breathtaking sight of the river and the surrounding scenery was truly unforgettable.The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect for exploring the coast, and we loved the peaceful atmosphere. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway or an adventure in Gold Beach, Jot’s Resort is a fantastic choice. We would definitely stay here again!

We got the same room this year as we did last year and the room was perfect, except for the removed the table that would be used to eat at. So the bed was all we had to manage with. And the shower seemed to struggle with draining. Otherwise it was absolutely perfect and we will be returning again. I know when I book my room, I will need to add that I had a stroke and would prefer a downstairs room. As it's hard to climb three flights of stairs. Lol my fault not theirs.

The exterior appears run down, sign lettering peeling, buildings in need of fresh paint, but the inside was pleasantly spacious & updated with spectacular views! No breakfast on property but the restaurant across the way exceeded their excellent recommendations! Great value for the room. We’d stay again.

I have stayed at Jots so many times because it is awesome at such a low price! The staff have always been so nice and so has the property. The restaurant right across the street is to die for, so we walk over for dinner.This last time, there was a hidden mess in my room that I couldn’t leave there. I called the front and the nicest woman came and cleaned it up for me. I understood and could see how it could be missed, so I didn’t make a scene and won’t do into details here. It was, however, slightly disappointing that she told me she spoke with her manager and management didn’t even offer a complimentary stay. I would never demand it, but I certainly feel like it would have been more than reasonable and accommodating to offer it. I know people who throw fits get it, but it should be happily offered to the respectful people, especially.

Our go to in Gold Beach

We stayed there for one night, but we faced the river and saw Seals in the morning.  I wish we had at least 2 nights.  The area is very beautiful.  Staff was very polite and helpful. The room had queen bed, microwave and fridge.  The ground floor had patio (room 131) and there were few flowers, even in winter. It had a huge TV with many channels.  You can not connect to Netflix however unless you have a laptop and Hdmi cable.The room can use more hangers, it had only two hangers.

This Place is picture perfect very clean comfortable the view from every room is Amazing also don't have to go far for fine Dining the restaurant across the street has it all from a room with intimate dining a bar as well for casual dining . I will continue to stay here when i come to visit Gold Beach.

The room was nice, though there was no A/C for ventilation, but the heating worked great. The bathroom shower cubicle was leaking a bit and so the floor towel got wet. But the pool wasn't warm, the got tub wasn't hot either, but the sauna was great. View of the brimming river was great. Well worth the price!

Nice stay by the river

The king room with balcony overlooking the river was exactly like the photo on the reservation site. The resort appears to be an older establishment with remodeled rooms. I was impressed with the quality workmanship on the remodel and peaceful decor. The room was clean and quiet- the walls seemed to be pretty sound proof. The indoor spa was great, didn't try the pool or sauna. The grounds were neat however the stairwells and walkways to the rooms could use some TLC.
