Didn't like the fact there were no GRAB BARS at all for the tub. Couldn't use tub because there was nothing there to grab hold to for getting safely out of the tub. Also need something in bottom of tub to keep it from being slippery. My only complaint. Everything else was perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you for a great stay. Will use you again.

The owners were very nice and helpful. The area is a bit desolate. Room was clean . But to modify to accommodate handicapped ppl, bathroom door gone.Not sure how you remedy that, but would have been nice to have a door on bathroom.Very nice people and helped my husband have a better stay.We enjoyed our trip and felt safe

First, I'd like to say that I greatly appreciated the front desk clerk named Pritti for her warm welcome when I checked in to the hotel. She was very kind and friendly. The room, itself, was very clean and comfortable. It was obvious the hotel has gone through some renovations within recent years to create a modern, clean hotel room environment. There were only two things about our room that I would have liked to change. First, part of the metal on the swing bar lock on the door was broken. Second the remote control to the TV looked quite dirty. We did not partake in the complimentary breakfast. There was a friendly man walking around in the morning who was eager to receive our room key to get started cleaning as soon as possible. He did not rush us and he seemed very nice. I would stay there again if I need to come back to Monroe in the future.

Clean & Comfortable Room

The property was very clean. To our surprise the room was very upscale and trendy and very clean. The owners of the property were nice and friendly to us ( my husband and I). There was a small hiccup upon checking in where we had to stand outside in the cold while they check out reservations. Which was not a problem everything was okay with that. Other than the delay in checking in from the outside in the cold, everything was very very good! We will be uploading pictures in the next day or so. We were really happy and impressed and we would really like to share the cleanliness and upscale of the room. We got a fair price on the room as well. Breakfast was offered from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. breakfast was okay. It will be great if they had more of a variety with breakfast. No complaints there only an observation.We booked for 2 days and our stay was great!Long story short or stay was good and our room was nice and neat and clean!The Blakes

Nicest and most peaceful hotel in monroe. Also most expensive but you pay for what you get. Decent breakfast every morning, my only thing was the staff with "their computer system". Just make sure you pay all at once if your planning on staying more than one day. Adding days becomes a headache.

It was good. Not real friendly but there was a language barrier

It was the most affordable and it was recently remodeled I believe, I would stay there again especially since the guy at the front desk was very helpful and thorough when explaining the procedures.
