We absolutely loved the Kirby House and the charming town of Madison. From the moment we arrived, we were met with southern hospitality at its finest. The house has been very well maintained. We booked 3 tastefully decorated king rooms (suites) that were rather spacious and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. Two of the rooms shared a furnished balcony overlooking the pool. The third room had a porch that overlooked the front lawn. The atmosphere was simply amazing. It was quiet except for the sound of the birds singing. Cheryl, the Inn Keeper, was a most gracious and attentive hostess, who is quite the southern gourmet! The daily breakfast was simply delicious! I could go on and on! If you are looking for a relaxing getaway, you must visit the Kirby House.
