No mention of a parking fee until check in, then it was $35. One night a huge party was ongoing, and even though I paid for parking, there wasn’t any. The condo was dusty and floor wasn’t well swept, but the sheets and towels were clean. The beds were pretty comfortable. Location was the biggest advantage of the place, and we had a view of the Gulf from the patio. For the cost of a hotel, we had a kitchen and plenty of space, and this isn’t a bad spot. Just be aware that you will pay more than the listing indicates because of parking.
