Had to book a last-minute hotel in the Atlantic City area on Labor Day weekend. The prices were very high all over town. They held my room for late arrival. Cold fridge, great tv, accommodating staff. Best price in town. Parking was great, we got to park right outside our room. Free wifi and a Wawa right down the street for late-night eats.

Quiet Comfortable and Great Value

I stayed at this hotel this weekend with my boyfriend for a last minute trip to see family. My mother booked the hotel. We stayed for two nights and only used the room to sleep. I was terrified considering most of the reviews on here, but it wasn't as bad as some of the reviews here have said. I can say the room did have a musky smell (we had a no smoking room) and the wifi did not work for us. But, upon a thorough inspection by the three of us, there were no bugs to be found.  The room looks a bit run down, there was peeling wallpaper and rust in the sink, but it wasn't a bad room just for sleeping.

Not as Bad as Some of the Reviews

Stayed here last weekend and was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the water got hot! Nothing beats a nice hot shower after being stuck in traffic for 4 hours...

OK back to my stay...

We arrived Friday evening for a funeral the next morning. The front desk operator was very helpful and pleasant. I wanted to get a room on the 3 floor or below BUT because I had paid for a room with a "view" that was not possible. I booked this room through a third party site, I didn't see anything about a view, but anyhoo. We were place on the 5th floor and that came with an excellent view of the Home Depot and its parking lot, score! ;/

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean, a major difference from the Red Roof Inn that I stayed in in Myrtle Beach. The only issue I had with my stay is that there was only 1 washcloth in the room. I went to ask the Housekeeping person but never found him/her, so I snagged 3 washcloths from the cart that was left in the hallway.

They serve breakfast, so that was an added plus.

No bad for a weekender

This motel is pretty close to what we needed for a wedding in Brigantine and reception at the Atlantic City CC. We could have spent more money at a "better" place, but we opted for this one. Upon arriving, we had just come from a wedding 20 minutes away and we wanted to change into more formal clothing for the reception. The manager only had rooms available on the second floor and said that the room "may be a little hot because the AC was not on". Wanted a room little cooler, but said the only one was "dirty" and not made. We bit the bullet and went to our room. It was a little cool, but this was the day the temperature got to 100 degrees outside. Other than this, the room was your most basic of basics. It did have cable TV, but the TV itself was the older 25 inch sets you would have had in the 1980's. No microwave (didn't need one) but did have a small refridgerator. The bathroom had toilet and tub/shower separate from the sink. Would not have felt secure taking a shower and a bath out of the question since there was no stopper in the tub. I maybe regretted staying here, but we survived. Would I stay here again? NO.

Convenient for overnights stay

Easy to find and close to many food choices and gas. Had issues getting the TV  to work. Bed spreads dirty with some paint and other stains. Lots of someone’s hair on bed sheet. . Couldn’t open 3 if the 4 dresser draws. Holes in the wall and nails or something sticking out that could cut it you. Dirty spots on the walls. The smoke detector was covered in plastic. Shower was disgusting. Looked like mold in tub and floor. Cracks in tub too. Beds very uncomfortable! We would have been better off sleeping in the car then spending over $80 to stay here. 

Never again

Do not stay at this hotel. We stayed in December and the last day the cable went out. No one came to fix as they said they would. We gave them on last try 2 weeks later and still NO CABLE and a water pipe broke. Do you believe they charged us one night and they did not have cable? Pay your cable bill. Was told by Linda that it’s our choice to stay at a different hotel but we would have to pay for the first night. I said to her why would i have to pay and your hotel does not have cable and you’re not sure if you have running water? Smh! DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL.
