We enjoyed our stay very much! We are grandparents who came for a graduation, loaded with stuff, so we surely appreciated Tony greeting us and helping us get all our bags to our room smoothly and taking care of valeting our car! Then when we went to leave, we had wonderful service from Alan who came quickly to our room and took our stuff down. He had our car waiting for us also! Apparently there is talk of eliminating these services and I'd just like to say how much they mean to mature folks like us!! We appreciate the suite arrangement of the rooms at Embassy and the extras that come with the room, like happy hour and a full breakfast! We stay at Embassy Suites whenever possible!
