Our stay was great. Rooms are outdated but the bed was comfortable. Didnt spend much time in the room except to sleep and change clothes.

Surrounding areas was very help full their is stores,Coffee shop,Eating places

Alot of roaches it was never like this this might be my last stay sad about that but i dont do roaches

This was my first time staying at University Inn. I was impressed and the price was reasonable. I plan to book it again next time when I'm in town if they keep up this quality.

I felt safe and it was quiet.very nice staff quite helpful

This hotel is very bare-bones, but for the price, you can’t beat it! If you just need a place to sleep, this is a place for you.

I have stayed here previously.My only complaint would still be the front desk attitude which is not gracious or even friendly. This has been every time I've come here despite who is waiting on me. I like the convenient location and it's cleanliness. Starbucks is right next door as is restaurants, a liquor store, ATM and bus stop at curb. The rooms are always immaculate. The bath towels are luxurious. The sheets are so soft and that's a huge plus with sensitive skin. The bed, the mattress is so comfortable it must be gel. The oversized pillows are squeezable and just the perfect amount of firm. The shower is beautifully tiled but, can be slippery so, if you have a balance issue please note that currently there is no handicap rack to hold on to. There is a small frig n microwave in this room but the other room I was in previously had a beautiful full size red vintage model and the room was tastefully decorated. This room is the same rdless, this is a pleasant place to stay. The prices do fluctuate however on a daily basis.price but is simply decorated. It seems the east side of this motel has more action going on. In the back and upstairs I hardly heard anything. Rega

ok hotel, they real cleaned this place up! room was nice , great bed, good cable tv, nice shower. BUT the internet is the worst, cant keep a signal for anything.right across from the savemart center & lots of fast food around.security walking the hotel was a nice change, from the old days of homeless and drugies

This is a great place to stay. If they could provide breakfast or hot water, it would make the experience even better.

Second time staying here. Decent place for the price. There are always people hanging around by the cars at night which gets me a little nervous. As long as you don't bother them, they won't bother you. If you're an anxious person, this place aint for you!

There were a few ants in the bathroom, but otherwise, the room was clean.

Location is across university, so a lot of people walking around . Lots of restaurants near area
