Homewood Suites by Hilton Fresno

Even though they were going through renovation the rooms at this hotel were emaculate. All of the staff were very accommodating. We had 8-16 people constantly rotating in and out every six days. Being firefighters with our helicopter company we also had people that worked a night shift and sometimes would not get in until early in the morning. I never got a complaint that the renovation interrupted there rest at all. Our schedule could get very confusing with people checking in and out on a rotating basis and this staff saw to it that everyone was able to ck in and out without 1 mistake being made. I have been doing hotels for our crew for 13 years and this is the first time I can remember that not even one problem popped up. We at Billings flying service appreciate there hard work in making sure we were accomodated. So thank you John, Esther, Brianna the rest of the front desk cleaning crew and I won’t forget breakfast I mean your usual hotel breakfast but still had a few items you usually don’t see in Other hotels. Corned beef hash different meats to make burritos maple sausage and then your usual cereal choices eggs bagels etc. etc. So all in all I’m giving this hotel 5 out of five stars. Those who don’t in my opinion are just looking to complain.
