I stayed at this hotel while visiting for a KState game because I didn’t want to spend $300  for a mediocre place in Manhattan. It wasn’t too far out of the way and the price was right. There’s not much around the hotel itself, but I felt safe and I liked that I could park my car and get in and out of my room to my car without having to go through a lobby. The man at check in was friendly and made the process go quickly. I’d stay again.

Needed a place to stay after a late football game. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It is an older hotel (built in 1964), but it was perfect for what we were needing/wanting. We have stayed here before and the owners are very nice. There is a refrigerator and small microwave in the room, but no blow dryer. I now know that, so I bring one. There are not a lot of "extras", but it is a clean comfortable place to sleep and get cleaned up at a reasonable  price. We plan on staying again.

Just what we needed

When we got to our room it was clean and presentable. But, in the bathroom, the sink was dirty. Where the toilet and tub are was also dirty! When using the toilet the light/fan combo blew out hot air making in uncomfortable the use the bathroom. It is a bit worn down and could use some TLC. The sink also didn't drain!

This was my 4th time staying there this fall.  All the rooms were clean and the decor was in very good condition.  The internet works well and there is a good selection of TV stations.  Heat/AC has been good each time and all but one of the beds was very comfortable.  Also, it is extremely quiet.  It isn't fancy, but there is absolutely nothing wrong with it and it beats paying 2-3 times as much for a fancy lobby, a bigger TV and a hot breakfast.

Quiet, Comfortable and Great Price

The room was nice and clean, which is a very big plus for me, as I have stayed at some motels where they gave the appearance of cleaning but weren’t as clean as they should have been.The parking area was well lit for safety of guests, and it is in a quiet area. Overall I was pleasantly surprised by conditions not only of my room, but with the building and grounds.Would recommend to others seeking quiet and comfort.

We stayed here  with anorher couple, for 3 nights and booked 2 rooms. The value for money is fantastic.  We paid 190 USD per room (price for 3 nights!) The rooms were clean and big enough for us. If you stay in the Junction city area and can do without a pool, gym, conference rooms etc....this is the place for you  And the people who run the inn are extremely polite and friendly!

A lot of value for money!

After checking around, most of the chain hotels were full. I rented a room here and was pleasantly  surprised. The man at the check in was very nice. I paid 60 bucks for a single King room. When I walked in, the air conditioning worked fine, there were clean towels, a fridge and a microwave. The room was clean and the linens were fresh. For my money I got a clean comfortable room, a hot shower, cable TV, a work area with WiFi, and oddly enough, there was breakfast in the morning. Nothing to write home about mind you, but continental breakfast all the same. And again, I paid $60 on a Saturday night. I would certainly stay here again

A surprising find 

I stayed at this hotel on my way to and from Colorado.  I traveled alone and being a female I felt super safe at this hotel.  I did not show up til well after midnight both times and had to wake the owner up to get the room, he was very quick to the counter after ringing the bell and the entire check in process was very quick.  The beds are super comfy!  The air was off in the room but worked well and had it cooled down within 10 minutes of turning it on.

Super comfortable beds!

Cons--No coffeemaker, no hairdryer & no maid service for the 4 nights we stayed.
Pros--room was big & clean. It stayed clean because..well, I cleaned it everday! Truck parking is available. Call ahead to see if theres room though, it's in the same area as cars. Good beds, great linens and QUIET. Flatscreen tv with alot of channels available. No problems with the internet at all. *If you order food from the restaurant next door..steer clear of the Prime Rib Sandwich. Its gonna sound good--you'll be tempted to order it..but, if you don't want to receive a piece of beef jerky on bread, go with a hamburger. ( although..thats not worth $12) Go to Staceys Rest. for an excellent breakfast!

Pros & Cons..,

Affordable stay for a Kansas State football game. Doesn’t require a two night minimum. The rooms are clean.
