We were fortunate to stay in room 304 which arguably has the best view at the location but every room has a great view. The rooms are all one bedroom but there is plenty of space. The landscape is well maintained and the rooms are very clean. A big plus is being only 2 miles from Lovers Key State Park which has a beautiful natural beach to enjoy. Quite a few restaurants nearby. We were there is September after the tourist season so it was less crowded and quiet. The nautical theme of the rooms is unique. It makes it feel like you are staying in your own private yacht.

Great place to vacation with family! Nice clean units with spectacular views of the gulf and sunsets! On the quieter part of FMB, and much closer to the water than many other resorts on the island. I would definitely recommend.

Mariner's Boathouse and Beach Resort

Mariners is THE best resort on the island.  The rooms are clean and newly renovated.  The grounds are kept up nicely and it has the most amazing staff!   Jennifer and Jenn in the office are the dynamic duo!   They truly go out of their way to make your stay incredible!   Gordon and Earl are great groundskeepers and maintenance!  Gordon goes out of his way to keep things working and he’s so personable!  I feel like this staff are my extended family.    

If you’re looking to relax and enjoy the beach, the sun, the pool- this is YOUR best choice!!

Real nice place with a very helpful staff. Mariners is a small resort but has everything you need inside and out.  Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. A wealth of area info...

Excellent

This resort is so peaceful, with a lovely beach right outside the pool area, with great shelling and lots of bird life.  The location offers good access to Fort Myers, Sanibel Island, and Cape Coral to the north and Bonita Springs and Naples to the south, with all the activities, attractions, and restaurants.  We will definitely return for a future trip!

Great Resort!

From our first greeting from the staff, we were charmed by this lovely place in a great location. Large units with everything needed, helpful staff. GREAT maintenance - which can be lacking in some condos. 

What a view- what a condo!

We had a lovely week’s stay at Mariner’s Boathouse Resort! First off, the place is SPOTLESS and that is extremely important  to us! ( every nook and cranny of the entire resort was CLEAN!) A+!  It is most conveniently located on Ft. Myers Beach, with the best sunset views a person could ask for. Every night, we enjoyed watching  the BEAUTIFUL sunset. There are some additional great benefits to staying here, like no- charge features, we were stunned by! ( free use of beach cabanas, free use of portable lawn chairs to take out to the beach, umbrellas, pool noodles, beach bikes and use of the laundry facilities )- all at NO charge!) The staff is very friendly and helpful too; they take pride in doing their jobs very well! We will return here without question! The cute boat theme is fun too, it’s unique and most charming!

Awesome Time at Mariners Boathouse Estero Beach Florida

My friend and I stayed here for a week and were pleasantly surprised when we walked into the unit. The unit is a boathouse theme which includes bunkbeds for kids. Staff was very friendly and helpful and using covid courtesies upon our arrival. Although there is a laundry room, you didn’t have to have quarters since the washers (6) and dryers are free. Each unit has a screened in balcony that faces the gulf. Only drawback is that you have to walk a short way to get to the beach since Fort Meyers beach is a barrier island. Short drive to Fort Myers downtown.

The view from our balcony is perfect!  Sunsets are gorgeous! Pod of dolphins seen almost daily from the beach or from the balcony. One bedroom condo but sleeps 6.  Two bathrooms with showers. The bunks are very comfortable for adults too.  We will definitely be back to this resort!
