I really love how the rooms are setup, Its very neat & clean. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom Is really nice. The lobby Is really clean & nice as well, good service. Its Newly Renovated & very well up to keep. I definitely will give all 5 stars & definitely be back to stay. Thank you Quality Inn for the hard work & great service.

As always as it has been for the past two years our stay was great. The only thing that I didn't like was their breakfast the following morning there was only biscuits and gravy I don't know if they stopped doing the sausage and eggs and just now serving bread(biscuits pastries Donuts) or if they were just out of eggs and sausage that morning

I had to stay at this hotel for a little over a week while emergency repairs were done to my house . We had checked in around  in at 2 in the morning  Pam got us into a room quickly . I asked for a first floor room and the first one had some issues but  Pam found another room and switched us right away.  There is actually two Pams that work the front desk. both very friendly and they go out of thier way to help anyway possible.  I was having a rough day with my Daughter one day while I was down in the office the nighttime Pam asked my Daughter if she liked to color . She made Sara a coloring book and gave her some coloring pencils . That made my day . The hotel is in need of some repairs like updating the bathrooms  but the price was good.

The site says QUALITY INN then below says ROADWAY INN & SUITE.  Which hotel are the reviews and details for?
  The Quality Inn is hard to find (despite staying there twice in the last 9 years) but the staff is nice and the hotel rooms have been upgraded over time.
   The room we had this time was quite nice but sadly the rug had one rip in it that detracted from the rooms appearance :-(
   It’s a deal altho a nearby competitor offered about $20/night less (America’s Best Value of questionable quality-some great but some flop houses)
   The bed/mattress is the best in the world!  Comfort/Quality Inns have great beds but this one reminded me of the old goose down mattresses my grandmother had. Firm but you sink in to a couple inches of real comfort. My wife demands I buy one just like it.

My Visit

we always stay here.

I’m not extremely picky about motels, but this one was bad.  Good points: bed was very comfortable, desk was large and nice, there’s a refrigerator and a microwave, it’s in a great area of town. Bad points: old, broken down, sketchy people hanging around, mold in bathroom, holes burned in bedspread in non-smoking room, bathtub faucet had a substantial leak,  holes and strange damage to walls, smoke detector had no batteries, dead roach on ceiling. Not worth the price, not worth the Quality Inn branding.

Nasty place - wouldn’t stay there again

If you had someone else running this hotel it would probably be better. At checkout I told the desk clerk about the issues with the room (202). Bathtub running water all the time. Response? They all do that. No phone in room. Response? The room never had a phone. Coffee pot missing. Response? Nothing. Remote for TV does nothing. Response? None. 
My goodness is this really the way to run a hotel?

Get new staff

The signage is terrible to assist in finding this place; it looks like you're going into nowhere to get to it.  The property is in need of much repair, but the bed was comfortable.  The wifi just plain stunk, dribble some data in then be off for a minute or 2.  The room was clean, but some repairs were needed like a small hole in the drywall in the bathroom, the toilet was constantly refilling & the tub faucet leaked.  I did a sleep stop & it was ok for that.  The breakfast was not very appealing as the it was average at best; I believe the NHL could have used the biscuits for hockey pucks.  The staff was friendly & seemed genuinely concerned as they told me the hotel had transitioned about two weeks ago.  Parking seemed inadequate, but there weren't many cars there.  The only thing this place would have needed to get a one star rating from me would have been people coming and going all night with a yipping dog, but it was actually pretty quiet.

Just Changed Owners & Needs Improvement

Front of a/c unit was on the floor and would not stay on the unit. A/C did not cool off the room. Dirty rag was on the shower rod. Wash clothes had stains on them. Mini fridge was frozen over and would not shut. We had a smoking room, no ashtrays. Internet did not work. Cigarette butts on the floor by the trash can (they were not ours). We did get some sleep, and the staff was very nice. 
Not enough signs to find the hotel. It is behind Dunkin Donuts, but you have to go up to the next street turn right, go to the end of the street, then turn right again. They need signs for this. GPS could not find the street.

Would not stay here again

I am Diamond member with Choice. Paid cash. $50 deposit required. Was in hurry in morning. Set key on counter and forgot deposit. Called hotel later..they said they had. I drive a truck and was heading to Wisconsin. Told them I would not be back anytime soon. Was promised deposit could be picked up. Also touched base with them 3 times in next two weeks. Finally got back To Knoxville April 21st. Called motel...they said no record of deposit. Manager never called me..even though Called numerous times. Unethical and devious to keep my deposit. Beware.....if can happen to me..can happen to you. I will not stay again.

Took my money

The place has outside doors and sketchy people loitering about. The parking was limited. The front desk people were very nice and the Continental breakfast was average. Our main issues were the room smelled very damp and the bathtub was not clean
