The deco inside had a touch that was different than the typical expectations of a travel lodge. It was more classy that what I expected in the inside.

Don't usually stay at small, older motels but this was a great choice for a quiet, clean, night's sleep. Quite comfortable. I'll stay again next trip.

We were looking for a budget hotel, and we were very pleased with our stay at the Economy Inn. We felt safe there, and our room was clean and comfortable. We ended up staying two nights. This definitely will be our go-to place when visiting the area. My only suggestion would be to improve on the quality of soap and shampoo, but we brought our own.

Wonderful, highly recommend. Great price and great stay, which is rare to find these days. A/C was strong, very clean, place was quiet, TV worked well, shower was hot, bed was comfy. Owners were very friendly. Wi-Fi worked well. Area seemed safe for me and my car. No complaints!

May 31 2024. Family owned and run one story brick motel. Clean and well kept up. Friendly staff. My room had TV with over 100 channels. Quiet and efficient AC. Good water pressure. No street noise. No next door neighbor noise. Price was very right. Very satisfied. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Any time economy is in a name, and it was a 2 star establishment, you dont expect much, but we were just staying one night and cheap was the way we wanted to go, and the place had good reviews. I am very impressed with our stay.  Check in was quick and staff friendly. Room looks like it may be dated, but really, its more funky and retro and smelled clean, great water pressure, hot water and a decently comfortable bed. Throw in a microwave, fridge, cable and wifi and we feel this place is a pleasant surprise and deserving of the good reviews.

Two Day Stay / Get a way

I'll echo what others have said. This is an older hotel, but it's in excellent condition, and you can tell the owners are doing a great deal to keep it in very good shape. My room was spotless, up to date, very well kept. The staff at the front counter was also very friendly. I will definitely stay here again if returning.

Excellent, if Older Motel

The owners of this inn are attentive and responsive to needs throughout my stay. I encountered automobile difficulties and they directed me to a local mechanic who provided fast and immediately effective service. The thin toilet paper is extremely economical yet still effective😂 The room was clean with the owners themselves managing housekeeping duties. This was an extremely safe and honest establishment. Remarkably, located right next door to the revitalized historic downtown and a half mile walk to a gorgeous trail along the river. I had time to rest and reorient before returning to my cross country trip.

Stuck in Farmington turns into a blessing

This was my second stay at this location. The hotel is an older hotel, but at that, it was comfortable enough for my one night stay. The room was clean, the heater worked as did the TV. The staff has always been friendly, even when I checked in at 3:00 AM. I was grateful for the front desk being available 24 hours.

Excellent stay

The town of Farmington is not a "destination" location; it's someplace you stay for convenience (largest town in The Four-Corners area) or because you have to. The other two times I was forced to spend overnight in town, both stays were overpriced and barely-adequate. The whole town is run down and depressing. BUT, I was pleasantly-surprised by this unassuming independent motel offering. Room was BARE-BONES (just soap, no free lotion here!), but it was very CLEAN and had a microwave and fridge! The bed itself was a bit stiff for my liking, but not so much I couldn't sleep. And I loved the room's paint and decor. A good, if cheap, way to make the room look nicer than what is was. All in all, you don't always get what you pay for in motel rooms -- but you do here. It was inexpensive but it was clean and it covered all the essentials. 8/10

Stayed in a chain motel last night as a greater cost, like other budget family run motels they get things right, spacious room, comfortable bed seating table fridge with ice box , microwave and clean!! Friendly book in
As with other budget motels bring a kettle if you want a hot drink, with a coffee machine they could charge a bit more, charming little place

Another wonderful budget motel, think family run

It's cheap, very quiet, room is DARK, every room has a refrigerator and microwave, and it's CLEAN. I have stayed here many nights and the owners have been very pleasant. I can park immediately in front of my room, it's a single level so I don't have neighbors stomping around above me while I'm trying to catch some rest after a long day, and there are not any vagrants hanging around like most other places. The free Wi-Fi is a nice perk, too. The building/rooms are old, but I don't need a new building... I need to get a nice hot shower and a good night's sleep after a long day at work, so my priorities are - Clean,  Quiet, Dark, Safe, and a COMFORTABLE bed! This place meets those requirements!
