We’ve been going to Eureka Springs for years and love to try new quirky places. This trip we stayed at the Texaco Bungalette (smaller unit next to the Bungalow.) Very cute, nicely decorated, parking right in front of our door. Nice location up on top of ridge. Beautiful walks through unique neighborhoods. If you want to walk to the main shopping area, be aware that you will go down a really steep hill (and back up again. ) It is on the trolley route, though. Loved staying here. Could use a little updating ( old towels, Chipped cups, difficult doorknob etc). Seems like the company that manages a lot of these properties cuts corners and lets things go a little. But all in all, very nice and good value. Would stay again.

up the hill from all the shops/bars (and it’s quite a hill). very cute place. shower is small but that’s due to this being an old filling station. bed is crazy comfortable. getting in was a breeze. would stay here again.

We stayed here for a girls weekend. It was very cute & clean. We loved the living room floor and walls. Super cool feel. The kitchen table is so cute and small, I fell in love with it. The bed was super comfortable. We slept wonderful. We loved the doors to the place. They have gas pumps as handles. It’s conveniently located to historic downtown area. We walked from our place. Only bad things that I can say is that the shower is super small. I loved the shower head though. It was adjustable. The other thing was that you had to hold the knob down to make the toilet flush. The sink also had very little pressure. Other than that we loved the place. I would visit again. 

Fun girls get away 

My daughter and I stayed here November 11 - 14.  Overall it is a nice place and in an excellent location and very easy walking distance to both Spring and Main Streets. The place is really cute and decorated to fit the style; however, alot of wear and tear has taken place over the years and could really use some updates.  The blinds were mostly all broken, burned out bulbs in many of the lamps and furniture that looked like it had seen better days. Kitchen is tiny but functional and bathroom was tiny as well. The place does have a lot of charm and you couldn't ask for a better location just needs a bit of a makeover.

Needs some TLC

We love this place! We have stayed here (or in the bungalettee) now 3 times. We've watched it deteriorate though. For $149 a night I'd like to be able to stand on the bathroom floor without fear of falling through. There was literally about a 12x8 inch piece of the floor by the toilet the was hanging by the linoleum. The deck needs work and has nails popping up so you catch your pants or trip over it. The little half gate between the eating area and kitchen has fallen off and is just sitting on the floor. The microwave only works on the vegetable cook setting. The mini blinds and shades don't work. There is mold in the shower. Lamps and light switches don't work. The furniture has serious stains and just needs to be replaced. The bedding is worn and it needs to be laundered(at minimum) or replaced. Extra pillows but no pillow cases. It's generally dirty. Housekeeping came as we were packing the car and spent about 15 minutes in the bungalettee. I know what it takes to clean a room upon departure and that is not enough. 

With some attention it could be awesome! Location is great and it has great "bones". It does look like they have replaced the roof and may be starting to do some work. We just didn't feel like the price matched the condition. It's Eureka Springs and when you visit often you come to expect little variances from when traveling to other places but it has passed the point of being acceptable(even by eureka standards). Please save the bungalow!!!

Needs some love...

This was a fantastic accommodation located right in the middle of everything we wanted to see and do, but still was amazingly quiet! 
The bathroom is a little on the small size, but the rest of the place is surprisingly open, with all the conveniences you need to have an awesome getaway.
