Such a lovely intimate property. If we’re ever in the area will definitely return. The access into Rocky Mountain national Park is convenient and Estes Park is such a quaint town. Everything made our stay perfect.

Adorable little cabin my hubby calls  the “hobbit house.”  Super clean and cozy and right next to the Fall River.  We love hearing the river at night and enjoying coffee and breakfast at the little patio table in the morning. Close to downtown,  the Stanley Hotel and RMNP. Highly recommend!

Excellent get-a-away! Loved the nature, loved the room, and loved the hot tub! We also enjoyed the national park and downtown Estes.

This hotel is just outside the park entrance which is very convenient. My favorite perks were the hot tub overlooking the creek and the plush, soft robes. The shower was hot and the bed was comfortable. We used the coffee each morning. The kitchen and grill were nice. We just didn’t use them. Lots of great restaurants in town. Adults-only meant it was a quiet stay. My only suggestion would be to add a mirror in the main room because the bathroom is small. I would definitely stay here again.

Our cottage is perfectly equipped, very clean and comfortable. We are very happy with our choice. We love the view of the stream from our hot tub. Beautiful!

We have a great stay for our 10 year anniversary. Very comfortable and spacious. The hot tub was wonderful.

The property was incredibly clean. The hot tub was very well maintained. The maintenance guy cleaned snow very quickly. It was very relaxing and we enjoyed our weekend there.

Contact for office staff was really great, helpful and immediately responsive. Had a small issue with heat in hot tu  but between fron desk and maintenance,  it was fixed very quickly. Incredible place and Incredible staff. Really looking forward to returning.  Thanks for the wonderful stay!!

Our riverview suite was 2-story, clean, modern, rustic chic with a balcony overlooking the river & woods. It had an open concept kitchen/dining/living/jacuzzi & a separate private bath on the entry level & the bedroom on the lower level (but no bathroom on the lower level which was inconvenient if you wanted to use it in the middle of the night as that involved grogily climbing a flight of stairs). Perhaps, I didn't read closely enough, but I was anticipating a cabin as most of the other accommodations here appear to be. However, the suites are in a separate 3-story building, and whenever someone in a neighboring room next door or upstairs moved, the whole building seemed to rumble. Likewise, we could hear when other guests ran water or flushed a toilet. These weren't deal-breakers, just surprises & slightly annoying. The accommodations are in a lovely woodsy area convenient to RMNP without being in the congested downtown motel part of Estes Park. I'd certainly consider it for a future stay, but I'd want the bedroom with a bathroom on the same floor. We never used the kitchen or jacuzzi.

Great location

Self check in did not work properly.   I had phone service the entire time and did not get the message until 4 hours after I checked in.  However, I went to the property next door to the office and they got me checked in and from that point on everything was great.  The room has everything we needed.  The hot tub was great.  Only two things that were a little blah were the wall unit heater was on the loud side and walls between units could use some sound proofing.

Great getaway

We loved the cabin we were in and the private hot tub along the river. We were pleasantly surprised about the Adirondack chairs by the river, the walking bridge over the river, and the bar/live music entertainment each night on a shared property. We were able to walk to a great place for dinner. We were there on a Monday and Tuesday.

The cottage was so nice.  Loved the private hot tub and robes.  So nice open the bedroom window at night and hear the river.  Appreciated the Keurig machine and pods and creamers.  Loved that each unit has comfy patio furniture.  So enjoyed the band that played at the patio bar.  Just an amazing experience all around.  Great staff and very accommodating.

Nice property, however, I wish I had known that our Riverview Suite, with 1 king bed, was "downstairs" in a lower-level walkout. Kitchen, living space and bathroom was on the main level. And No bathroom on lower level was a huge inconvenience. I did not see anywhere in their ad where it stated this was a multi-level unit.

Great place in a beautiful location. Good communication via text from staff. The only complaint is that housekeeping walked in at 9am. Checkout is at 11a. No DND sign available for the door. If you can't let housekeeping know that you're still in the room, they shouldn't come in until after checkout.

Cabin 4. Great location, nice quiet property. The bathroom was small, no hooks to hang clothing or towels in the bathroom. Absolutely no shelf space for toiletries in the bathroom. The bed was comfy. The door was slightly open when I first arrived which was concerning. The screen door did not close completely so I could not use the hook latch. Only lock that worked was the deadbolt. I have not received an emailed receipt for my stay.

Before we even got there, the staff communicated very well and there were no issues upon arriving. We fell in love with place when we stepped inside! The whirlpool tub in the living room was inviting and romantic, when previously I had wondered if it would feel awkward. The kitchen was stocked appropriately. We loved how quiet it is and the independent decks looking out on the forested hills. When we did have a question, the staff responded quickly to our text (since phone service is minimal).
We will definitely be back!

A quiet retreat

Will definitely stay here again. The cabin was super clean and felt like home. Teresa was so sweet when I spoke with her. Bed was super
Comfy and I need those pillows! lol. Kitchen had all the essentials and loved relaxing in the  private hot tub (next to the Fall River). Very quiet area and close to town. 
My only downside was the early checkout . Would have loved an extra hour( 11 am instead of 10 am).
