This was my second stay at Woodlands on Fall River and it was wonderful.  I stayed for three days with my two grandsons, and the room was perfect, as was the location.

We had an awesome time.  This is so Close to both Estes Park and Rocky Mountain Nations Park.  We are already looking forward to returning.

Very nice property on the Fall River road.  Not fancy, but clean, well equipped and pretty setting.

We.liked everything from the cabin, service as well as thr proximity to the downtown and the Rocky mountain national park....greats views as well frommright outside our cabin...

Jonny, the owner/manager was extreamly helpful.  The rest of the staff respectful.  The rooms were clean, well apointed and had everything necessary for a wonderful stay.  The location is incredible! The Fall River, surrounded by mountains, and a few miles from everything.Highly recommend staying here, I would again.

This property is remarkable! Having a full kitchen and Condo style unit was fantastic and convenient. The property was impeccably maintained. The property is not just near nature, it is IN nature. The river is part of the hotel. We loved this stay. It was easy to check in and check out. 2 miles outside of RMNP. Add in the hot tub and laundry and this place is a must stay near RMNP.

Great location about 2 miles from RMNP. Was inbetween the park and Estes Park, so was quiet.

Thje Woodlands on Fall river is where you want to stay on your next trip to Estes Park - the rooms are very clean and the staff will work to take care of all your needs - My wife and i have stayed at the Woodlands for over 20 years and it is the place we will always stay - It is just a beautiful setting on Fall River and it is always well maintained.

We stayed in one of the upper 2 bedroomed suites at Woodlands on Fall River and loved the location, just out of town, but close enough by car for the park and local shops. The suite was lovely, spacious, comfortable and well very appointed. We visited during low season and the Trail Ridge Road was closed, so we used our time to enjoy the property and have a couple of relaxing days during our big trip to the Utah and Colorado. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. Check in and check out was a breeze. We even saw some of the deer that are photographed so much at this place. I’d would definitely stay here again if visiting the area again. Highly recommended.

Perfect location

Nice stay. Our unit was very nice, but had a strong smoke smell. I guess from the fireplace. They brought us air freshener and an ozone machine but neither worked very good. We’ve stayed at several resorts on the Fall River in Estes Park. This was nice but like the river behind the resort better, not right on the highway like Woodlands.

Lovely location, close to the park. Beautiful view.  All the rooms were clean and the bedding was comfortable.  Decor needs some updating. Also the sofa and recliner in the living room should’ve been retired about 10 years ago.  The sofa was actually broken and the recliner seemed dangerously unsteady.

Beautiful property near the park

Estes Park is a beautiful setting for any occasion. Woodlands on Fall River continues that with the river view and sounds at its base, and mountain views above.  We rented 3 suites and found them to be in excellent condition and well equipped. The staff we met were very nice and eager to help us with any questions we had. There's a grocery store near by any easy access in and out of town.  I would recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to the Estes Park area.

The condo was clean and with a well equipped kitchen. WiFi and cable TV service were great. The view out the deck was beautiful. And it was quiet. Sometime recently the kitchen and bathroom vanity areas were updated and it was a shoddy job. There was no caulk between the backsplash and the counter in the kitchen - you could see thinset. The sheetrock work in the bath was poor and the wood trim unsealed. My wife got a sliver from the wood. Some linens were in poor shape and the non-stick pans were not. We expected more for the money.

I can't say enough about how wonderful this property is. The location is convenient enough to be private and quiet, but within just a few minutes drive of the town for shopping, dining, and The Stanley Hotel. 

Accommodations are clean and welcoming from the moment you arrive, and while interactions with staff are minimal, the staff is very friendly.

Fantastic

Loved our place on the river and its proximity to RMNP. Comfortable room with fully stocked kitchen. We enjoyed being self-sufficient with self check-in and out, carting our own firewood, and restocking our own towels, but you may want to know that going in just in case you prefer very attentive service. A bit of road noise when enjoying seating at the river. We would stay again.
