Pros: Location was perfect to get to RMNP. Staff was very responsive and quick! Amenities were great and a very nice surprise (were not advertised well enough), such as the playground, the parent “annex” to the playground, and the nice renovated game room. Cons: Ran out of hot water for showers. Hot tubs (both personal and sauna room) did not feel like they were at 102° (as shown) and were borderline chilly. The Homestead Vacation Home had outdated decor/furniture and poor upkeep (nail ripped sweatshirt, screen fell off window, and parts of shower door falling off). But these are all minor and would not keep us from staying here again!
