Enjoyed our stay!  Great location!  Parking can be a little tight for a crew cab pickup, only if other units are fully rented.      We would  definitely stay again and would recommend to others!

The place was beautiful and clean. The managers were so nice and helpful. We will definitely make that our go to place to stay. I recommend anyone visiting Estes Park to stay at this establishment. Great experience!

We had stayed in the Bear Paw side many years ago and got a River Stone room this time. The place is well kept and enjoy that it is on the river. Kitchen had everything we needed and considering the time of year the fireplace kept the place cozy in the evenings. Also my complements to the couple managing the place, they were friendly and made us feel welcome. Great stay.

We try to come up to Bear Paw a few times a year.  It is always beautiful, whether it's summer or winter.  Units are always very clean.   Highly recommended year round.  The people in the check in office are always friendly and helpful, too.

Absolutely wonderful memories were made! The condos are beautiful right on a river and it had just snowed so it was magical! Elk right outside our door. Close to Rocky Mountain National Park, amazing time was had by all! Highly recommend a stay at this wonderful resort! 

We've stayed at the River Stone Resort before and we just love them.  The condos are kept in excellent shape.  the location is fantastic and the owners are great to work with.  We would strongly recommend them for any future trips to Estes!

This place is beautiful, quiet, and away from the rest of Estes Park to give you that mountain feeling. The staff is so sweet and accommodating. It's our favorite place to go. Off-season is the best time because its even more quiet and less crowded. 

This is our 7th stay at the Bear Paw and River Stone Resorts and we truly consider it our home away from home.  The setting is in the Rocky Mountains and the suites are clean, quiet and offer beautiful views of nature and wildlife.   The complex managers are friendly, accommodating and on their game.  And, their dog, Otis, is one of the friendliest greeters we have ever encountered.  We have visited Estes Park for many years, and the Bear Paw has always been and will always be our #1 choice.  We want to live there permanently.  

Property owners were the friendliest I’ve ever met and were very accommodating after we were very late to check in over a day later. Checking in was easier than it is at an average hotel. The entire cabin was clean and organized as if built and furnished just yesterday. And of course the view was absolutely beautiful right next to the river where I saw deer at one point. Definitely coming back again!

We love staying at Bear Paw.  The staff are amazing and the rooms are always ready and clean!
It is the perfect place if you want a cozy getaway and if want to stay in or go out.  The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking and the location is still close enough to town.

DO IT!

Riverstone cabin is absolutely beautiful. Amazing scenery from the back patio. Warm fireplace! The loft is so nice for the kids to sleep upstairs with their own bathroom. This was our 2nd time staying here. . We love it so much, and will never stay anywhere else if we visit Estes. We recommend to all our friends. The owners live on property and are so helpful. They keep the units kept up and decorate so cute for the holidays. It is only about a mile or 2 from the entrance to the RMNP. 

Our absolute favorite place to stay in Estes!!

My partner and I stayed here for a couple of nights in November. We chose this place because it was ON the river, had a fireplace and a cozy family room to hang out  and chill in. This place was perfect for that, and I definitely recommend our unit (C1)Pros:- ON the river with a deck, grill and patio chairs- private and quiet (the river and windows drown out most noise, and we couldn't hear our one neighbor)- clean- fireplace- comfy bed- large jacuzzi tub in master suite- large, full kitchen and family room- reasonably priced- small, tidy property only minutes from downtown and RMNP- nice folks at the front deskCons: - interior is dated and could use a refresh- 2nd bedroom is a loft instead of a complete bedroom (if that matters to you)- not walking distance from downtown and no shuttle, so you'll need a car- no amenities on-site (if you're looking for that kind of thing)- no curtains or blackout curtains to fully block out light, but there are blinds and the location feels very private and private from the road- confusing to find the entrance and buildings on the property your first time as the signage is hard to see and not lit (both entering the property and for the individual buildings). That said, it's easy to figure out after that, and it's nice to not have a ton of lights everywhere.

This place has everything!  We feel at home the minute we walk in.  Everything is so clean and the location can't be beat.  With it being on the Fall River, it is so fun to sit by the water and relax and grill out after a full day of summer hiking.  In the winter, it's fun to sit by the fire and look out at the snow.  This past trip, we brought our friends who thoroughly enjoyed the stay as well.  This was our 3rd trip staying at River Stone Resorts and Bear Paw Suites and we can't wait to book our stay for next year!  

We Love this Place!

The check in process was quick and easy!  We arrived to find a very clean, comfortable and well-appointed condo.  It was perfect for our group of 4.  The location is perfect—close to the entrance of RMNP and Estes Park.  Our only issue was not being able to get the tv in the living room to work.  We would definitely stay at Bear Paw again.

Great place for a long weekend!

We loved that this property was right on the river.  Kids spent so much time exploring out the front door.  The condo itself was impeccably clean, kitchen was well equipped, it had everything we needed.  My only comment is that I thought the checkout time was a little early -- 10 am.  Due to our flight being cancelled and rescheduled, we asked for a later checkout.  They said the latest they could do was 12 pm, which was fine.

From the moment we arrived at started planning our next visit.  This place felt just like home. Brian and Cyndi made us feel welcome from day one.  They had answers to all of our questions as well as great suggestions to maximize our vacation and create even more memories!! Our stay happened to fall within the blizzard and we didn't mind a bit.  The views are awesome and breathtaking! My grandson said it was the best spring break ever and we agree.  Everything you need is a short skip away! This place is even more beautiful than the pictures!
