We recently stayed at this Budget Inn and was thoroughly surprised at how clean it was. Room was super, staff was very cordial. I had made reservations before while traveling. So had not seen this hotel beforehand. Room was clean, price was right, and were very close to the I-69 interstate, but never once was the noise an issue. Would definitely stay there again. There were restaurants and fast food places close by and also gas stations.

We highly recommend staying at Budget Inn Daleville. So many pluses! Located near I-69 but back off the local road, so traffic noise is not a problem. The (new?) owners are working hard to improve the property and provide a top-notch guest experience. Front desk employees are super-friendly and are striving to please. We requested a room around in the back with a view of the morning sunrise. Not a problem! We asked for a no-pet room. Not a problem! Another plus: you can park right outside your door so back-and-forth to the car is minimal. There are a few rooms (4?) located on the 2nd floor, so if you prefer a room upstairs be sure to reserve ahead.

Our room came with a queen bed and 2 large pillows, and an extra blanket which we did not need thanks to the great HVAC system which was so quiet we had to look to snnee if it was on! (It was.) New flat-screen TV with free HBO, color-coordinated microwave and matching fridge, which we were glad to see was larger than many we have encountered at other properties. (It had a freezer compartment large enough for 2 half-gallons of ice cream.) Also: our room had a large dresser with 4 enormous drawers on roller extensions, all-LED lighting, new carpet, and fresh paint which indicate a recent room refresh. The bathroom has been upgraded and was spotless. The property has multiple routers, so WIFI was free, fast, and reliable. No dropped connections here! 

The building itself has been around for awhile, so is of older, more solid construction. As a result, we could not hear sound from our neighbors as we often do when staying in newer properties. Our room had a cut-stone transom under the entrance door, which you rarely find these days. And a nice classic touch (which we prefer): real solid-brass keys to lock your door--no problem-prone plastic cards here!

Our room was around in the back with a view to the east. So we enjoyed breakfast at our cozy "table for two" at the windows, with an open view to the east which included an expansive grassy meadow ending in a white rail fence reminiscent of Kentucky horse country. No horses here, but instead a million-dollar sunrise. Wish we could have stayed longer.

A very nice place for the money. The rooms look like they have been recently renovated, new paint, new mattresses, bed spreads, e.c.t. The management and staff are wonderful.  I work in the hotel industry so it makes me a bit hyper-critical, I have nothing but good things to say!

All rooms are on the ground level.  This is a older property that has been maintained.  It was clean, warm, had cable, microwave, fridge and a king sized bed that was better than most I have stayed on.

Since retiring we have traveled all over and stayed i a lot of freeway motels.  This one is better than most that cost under $100.  We paid $55 a night and was completely satisfied.  We stayed three nights due to unforeseen scheduling issues.  Would stay there again.

My friends and I booked Budget Inn for two rooms one night.  The reviews were mixed, but we were going to Hoosier Park for gambling and the horse races and only needed a quick place to sleep.  I have stayed at many hotels of different pricing, but this place turned out to be the best place for the money I have stayed.  The rooms were big enough with a double bed and a table with two chairs.  We brought the chairs outside at night and talked with our friends till 2 AM.  The rooms were very clean and not as dated as written in some of the other reviews.  The rooms had a small refrigerator and a microwave.  The bathrooms were clean with shower curtains for the tub.  The carpeting was clean and did not dirty your socks or feet when walking around.  The bed linens were soft and the bed was comfy with two decent pillows.  The rooms have a through wall AC/Heat unit which has a continuous fan option which I liked.  All rooms are on one level where you park just outside your door.  
The owner BJ has owned the place for 23 years.  He lives in a two bedroom apartment on the second floor.  We will come back and stay here again.
