UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!!! For a country motel service is great. Manager, Deb, is great. Improvements are being made. Quiet. Sheets, quits and blankets are cleaned. Stay a night, week, or a month. Safe. Will stay again.

This motel is under new management and is improving greatly. Lobby is nice.

Plz never stay! I have been in a few motels but have never in my life seen anything like it. We arrived very late on a weds, asked for a week and paid. The woman said " ok u are paid until tues have a nice stay " um Tues? Anyway we walked into the room and I walked 2 steps in the door. The room smelled so bad I walked back out! My husband sprayed air freshner until the bottle was empty. They were kind enough to supply that as they must know it would be greatly needed. I walked into the bathroom and shut the door to find a dirty pair of womens underpants and a bar of soap still on the floor of the shower! I asked for my money back but was refused and put into a room with a kitchenet instead. Was a little cleaner but not much. Mis matched bed spreads and 2 different size beds and head boards. Very hard to sleep and glad I had my own blankets cuz by no way would I get under theirs!  Next night I was awoken by the owner yelling at the woman who had given us the room. He had the nerve to complain that the room she gave us was supposed to cost more! Plz for ur own health and to avoid a lifetime of nightmares, do not even look in the direction of palmers. Sleep with a sleepbag in the side of the road. U will be safer and cleaner. Oh and didnt see ppl on welfare living there. That would have been nicer then all the drunks that I saw living there. Also saw the police leaving a couple nights.

OMG!

We arrived and office was locked...they opened and the desk person was not very pleasant...the office area had a terrible smell and dirty baby equipment was stacked in the corner...the room seemed clean but there were 3 beds...bathroom was dirty and towels were stained...do not recommend 

Do not stay

Was a motel and then went downhill. Current owner is a local person who bought the motel from the most recent prior owner. There is some evidence of rehabilitation but the motel is not open for business. Remains to be seen what will happen. Great location on bust route 16 - needs a lot of work.

Now closed and under new ownership. Future remains to be seen

this place should be shut down by the board of health. The pool has been abandoned, trash everywhere. The woman who "tried" to help me was either drunk or on drugs and I kid you not, passed out while seated trying to help me find another place to stay. No, I am not kidding.
