My second time here and it was even better than the first time! I had a smooth and kind check-in with Sue, all the staff of the M Lounge are awesome, and Sandra of housekeeping took care of me. I'm pretty low maintenance as a guest and don't expect too much from over worked service industry professionals. The staff here really seem to enjoy what they do and take pride in their work. The View is a great space for a cocktail and dinner (skip the burger, greasy) had a great salad, unique cocktails, and kind staff there also. The location was perfect for touring around and right next to so many metro lines so I could take a direct train to the US Open, too. Oh, and best hotel gym I've ever been in.
