The Chatt Inn

Contrary to popular belief the Chatt Inn is a Lovely Hotel. It may be a little old but Vanessa, Nate and Wesley work hard to make that place a great place for family and a great place for guests. I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly. It is a great place to have a weekly assignment. It is time for us to truly give Chatt Inn its props! God bless!

This is a budget establishment. No frills like a Hyatt but not paying high rent either. I had an issue with the room I was given and the front desk manager Ms. Shante immediately corrected the issue and relocated me. All of the staff are helpful and polite. And management is upgrading the building. Nothing can be fixed overnight. Speak up if you have issues. Find another hotel if this doesn't suit your taste. It's a good value and I recommend it.

We had to make an emergency stop to have our truck repaired and we were concerned about finding accommodations with our pets. We were very pleasantly surprised by Jeff at the front desk who assured us our pets were welcome! John and William, other staff members also greeted us and told us to let them know if we had any problems. They were friendly and welcoming! Consuela, the efficient housekeeper was seen busily tidying rooms and she appeared to be doing a great job all by herself...without complaint!  We checked into our room and found the bed and linens immaculate and the mattress very comfy!  All the appliances were in good working order and the air conditioner was a blessing in the heat! We didn't use the pool, but the water was sparkling and the landscaping well kept. I used a washer and dryer in the laundry room and the dryer did an outstanding job! We spoke with Shante, front desk Angel, and complimented her on the outstanding customer service from all of her team members! Everyone was happy to chat with us! We stayed two days and nights, a Thursday and Friday and both were QUIET! We met several guests who agreed the staff took excellent care of them. Customer Service is our main concern with ANY establishment,  and the good folks at the Chatt Inn made what could have been a disaster, a mini vacation! As if to remind me He provides, there is a big billboard that reads, "Trust Jesus" next to the building. ...yeah..He was there! We had our truck repaired and got two days of great rest and relaxation!  We really felt blessed by the service of the Chatt Inn staff! We will visit again and tell our friends! We pray they enjoy much success in the future!

Horrible experience with this place. My family and I stayed there for over a year. Our first room had MOLD and severe leaks and had to be switched rooms. Our second room was fine then noticed that after about a month in that room my daughters first pack and play became infested with BED BUGS, manager of the place, Shantay  said that the bed bugs cane from the store,  but how could they when my daughter was born and the pack and play was put up in the first room? They had what they call Maintenence  "treat the room" and all they did was spray roach spray. We thought the bugs were gone, so bought a new pack and play. Bed bugs WERE NOT gone. So the second pack and play got infested. Not to mention the mold in the bathrooms and in the corners of the room. Very nasty place. Then the owner said my husband and I had to leave and never gave us a reason why. When my mom tried to find out all they could come up with was that we were making racial slurs,  never asked us about it or anything. When I know for a fact my husband and I would never make such comments, there's not a racist bone in my body. Then I went to help my mom pack up her room and they forced her to leave and only gave her 3 hours to get out. Her rent was paid up for the month and they didn't offer to give her any of the money back for the month and they tried to keep her deposit. I will post the pictures of the bed bugs on and in my daughters pack and play. This plays claims to be Christians  but there is not a Christian bone in their body. They lie and take your money and do absolutely nothing.  They said my husband and I couldn't come back but yet I've seen SEVERAL people who were told to leave and they allow back. Not fair people at all and facility is not very clean.

Worst place ever

the mold and Cockroaches aren't even the worse part of this place. You can count on not being able to get clean unless you can shower in less than 3min because that is all the warm water you will have after waiting 10 minutes to get to the shower. I'm glad this place is owned by good Christians. What would jesus do

No pool, No workout room, WIFI barely works, Can buy all the drugs you want, just stand outside your room. No restaurant, No laundry service, a laundry room. This place does not rent by the night. Run far away from here, It's a Sh*t hole.
