Had an amazing customer service experience at this hotel. I booked thru Priceline and they messed up my reservation and Rob was great he stayed with us on the phone and got the job done. We got a refund and rebooked thru Rob. He even upgraded our rooms for the hassle even though it wasn’t his fault. Definitely recommend this hotel, but call and book, Don’t use Priceline.
