The only thing that I didn’t like was just how long it took for check-in, but there was a lot of people there so overall, it was a great experience.Oh, the one thing that really bothered me was the lockers in the waterpark

Staff is incredibly friendly and go out of their way to accommodate. Kids had a blast, price was fair and cheaper in hotels.com. Definitely a good stay.

I liked how you could see your kids from just about anywhere in the splash area

I am always accompanying my son when it comes to water parks in pools, but I did feel that staffing was slightly lax. Perhaps it was because it was the week before spring break and they needed to make the best with the staff they had which I can completely understand. The lifeguard I did encounter were amazing and everyone at the front desk was also very polite and professional.It’s quite possible it’s something they’re already addressing, but I would say hiring more pool. Staff would be just a safe option to prevent any incidents. As I said, I’m always by my son side so it’s not a concern for me per se but I could see how it could be an issue in the future. Also, the women’s locker room could use some help, especially in the changing area. Overall, it was definitely a very good value and like I said everyone was very kind and accommodating. I think as a mom you just have a certain standard, I would stay there again.

Fingerprints in the dust on the bedside lamp. Tub had not been thoroughly cleaned. Found items in fridge from previous guests. Rest of room clean.Staff friendly and very helpful. Found us a luggage carrier, as customers had not returned them to the lobby. Though busy front desk staff remained friendly and professional with customers at the desk and on the phone. Bed comfortable, room rate reasonable.

Giving 4 stars because the staff was so friendly, however the room was dirty. There was a used bar of soap in the shower, a residue ring in the toilet (where cleaning products had been used but it was evident it was cleaned properly), and there was dirt and residue of some sort in the tub. We kept finding hair ties and bobby pins on the floor that didn’t belong to us. The location was good (right off the highway with things nearby). We didn’t use the pool or other water features so can’t speak to those.

Overall set up of the hotel and layout was nice especially if you have a family with kids. I did not find it very enjoyable due to the main bed being dirty with visible things on the blanket. The room felt like a sauna when you first walk in and it did not have a waste basket. The cherry on top for myself was the shower did not warm up at all. Pretty decent place for kids though

Booked with Expedia, when calling to confirm reservation we were told the waterpark is not included in Expedia pricing. She said it would be $60 per person per day but would give it to us for $40 per person per day instead. It shows on Expedia that it is included so we called Expedia, they called the resort and then told us sorry, waterpark is an additional $60 per person per day! We weren’t happy and just decided we wouldn’t be using the waterpark and wouldn’t be staying there again, nor would we use Expedia again! We get to the hotel, check in and the manager on duty gave us two days complimentary waterpark tickets for our trouble as it does say on the website under amenities the water park was listed as is the lazy river. They gave 2 passes which worked out for us as it was just two of us staying for two nights. We loved it so much we stayed another night! The hotel itself has a pool that is included in the hotel stay, it’s just the waterpark that’s an additional fee. Overall we loved it and had a great time. My only tiny complaint is no microwave in the room, we had to go to the lobby and use that one. All in all we’d stay there again. Won’t be using Expedia again though!

Disappointed that we could not get new towels when we needed them or they didnt clean our room while we stayed..

We had a suite and it had a beeping noise in the main bedroom non stop. They had no food available to purchase Only 2 life guards on shift
