The Alexander at Creek Road

The Oak Lodge was a perfect for our requirements. It was quiet and peaceful so would recommend.

We loved our stay at The Alexander. It’s quiet & off the beaten path, but a short drive to everywhere we wanted to visit—Wimberly, Austin, New Braunfels, Canyon Lake, etc. Our cabin was super cute & perfect for our family. The outdoor space was really nice as well. Highly recommend!

Second time staying here and will be back! Great place to get away to.

It's a quiet place off the beaten path.  Perfect to sit and relax with a book or even write a book.....

We had a wonderful, peaceful time at the Alexander where we were the only guests for a Monday-Wednesday.

The Charlie treehouse at the Alexander was a perfectly charming, peaceful, and relaxing cabin with beautiful views. I can’t wait to visit again!

This is a lovely place to stay if you are looking for a true hill country experience.  It’s very peaceful and is wonderfully styled to make you feel nice and cozy.  We only wish we could have stayed longer.

The property is pretty hill country. It is neat & clean. The cabins and cottages are all well kept in & out. Comfortable beds and plenty of nice pillows!  Nice amenities. A great place to relax a& get away from the big city.

Matt was a very helpful and accommodating host.

overall, our stay was very nice. super quiet and quite comfy. our only (small) gripes are that the kitchen area was dusty (some cobwebs, dishes had film of dust) and the bottom of the shower curtain liner has algae all along the hem. all that said, the property was gloriously quiet. we will come here again (off-[wedding]-season, of course).

a really nice weekend

Started off a little rocky when I did not receive any check-in info and it was past the check-on time. Apparently my number would not receive their text,  but they didn’t attempt to send me info by email, even after I had inquired by email the afternoon before which I thought was a little odd. I provided an alternate number and they sent right away as well as through email. They initially sent the wrong code which I had to contact again and they apologized and sent the correct code. Outside of that, the stay was pleasant. My friend and I loved the cabin. The beds were very comfortable. I do advise they need another mirror somewhere besides the bathroom. With multiple girls sharing a bathroom and no other mirrors it was a little challenging. The scenery and drive to the property is amazing. I saw deer coming and going. My favorite thing. Overall, I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Pleasant stay

It was a beautiful property exactly as the pictures look. Management was very nice. My only suggestion would be if you’re getting there at night. Make sure they give you very detailed directions as it is in a remote area and difficult to find. Other than that it was a very peaceful, clean, stylish, and comfortable place. We would highly recommend it!

This property was great!! I did not know when I booked it that it was a wedding venue. There was a wedding on Saturday but our cottage was far enough removed that we were not inconvenienced at all, and neither was the wedding party. There are several small cottages scattered around the property. They are detached and very private. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a private, romantic getaway.

This was a nice property and quit . Was down the road from the wedding venue easy access . Will stay here again if needed !
