Element Miami Doral

In July 2025, my husband and I stayed at the Element Miami Doral Area for the second time. We chose to return to the same hotel because of the high-quality facilities and room amenities. I'm writing this review to thank and praise the wonderful service we received from staff member Jacqueline Erazo. Let me explain. We were on the 7th floor, and the elevator button malfunctioned, meaning we had to walk down several flights of stairs to reach the elevator on another floor. But I was six months pregnant, and this was interfering with my travels to and from the hotel. As I passed the front desk, staff member Jacqueline noticed my pregnancy and asked what floor I was on. I replied that it was 7th. She then promptly asked if I would like to change floors to make my commute easier, and I was surprised by her kindness and, above all, by her care and attention to guests. We changed rooms, and this greatly helped my stay. This allowed me to enjoy my visit to Miami more fully. I'm a frequent traveler, and I want to make it clear that I was very pleased with the helpfulness of this employee. It was the first time in dozens of hotels I've stayed at that I've been treated so well. Thank you, Jacqueline, you're a sweet, kind, and generous person. I'll return to this same hotel on my next trip and hope to see you again.
