Everything is very good, clean and the staff is very friendly

This will be my go-to place to stay while I’m in this area for work.

The manager, Lisa,runs the place like a well-oiled machine. We often stay at man camps for work and this is by far the best. We prefer it even though there are many closer to work,she takes excellent care of the guests.

We were very impressed with the spacious convenience of the accommodation. The two bedroom place that we stayed was conveniently laid out with a room on each end. In the middle was a convenient kitchen and a comfortable living room. We felt at home in our own self-contained building with parking out front.

Each room had its own bathroom, and the king size bed was very comfortable.

I would totally recommend this place to stay for short or long term.

Clean, new homes with all the amenities. Great value! Flat screen Tv's with satellite and  great beds! Not your typical boring hotel room. All the comforts of home in south Texas. If you need to be there, stay here . . .  Nice staff too!

Eagle Ford Village was a great experience. The cabins are fully-loaded with all the amenities — including a flat screen TV. Perfect for a long-term stay too. Would recommend it to anyone.

The service was really great too. Darla, the property manager was very welcoming and helpful and they work hard to make sure you are comfortable. Eagle Ford Village is good because you feel at home and all of the cabins are new and in great condition. 

They have a village BBQ area that is awesome. They also hold 'village campfires' that are fun.

Stayed here early in March 2018 for a week's volunteer trip to the immigration detention center nearby and highly recommend Eagle Ford. Other members of our group ended up staying at the Days' Inn next to the highway just due to some scheduling issues on their end. We compared notes, and we all agreed that we probably got the best option. Eagle Ford is locally run and the manager lives onsite. She was TERRIFIC and available for anything you need. I was very impressed with her response and checking with us to make sure everything was acceptable.

I'm a hotel snob, have allergies and asthma, so cleanliness is important to me (I look for dusty or dirty surfaces when I arrive), and have stayed in five-star hotels around the world. Eagle Ford is not the Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons nor are they meant to be. They are a small hotel complex comprised of mobile home units which are only about four years old. They offer apartment-style stays with well-appointed kitchens (not kitchenettes) with utensils, pans, and dishes - which is a significant plus because dining options are limited in Dilley.  There are a coffee maker, microwave, and washer dryer (in unit) as well. They didn't have blow dryers but lent me one when I asked. Hint: If you're flying into San Antonio or Austin, stop at a grocery store and pick up groceries there, although there is a local grocery store in town, it's small and limited in their offerings. 

The two-bedroom/two-bath unit we rented was clean and well-maintained. Towels were nice. All of the furniture was in very good condition, although the sofa could probably use replacing sometime in the next year or so (I'm very picky).  

If we return to Dilley, we will stay here. The complex is located on a quiet edge of town and felt very safe. Several highway troopers are staying/living in the complex which made us feel even safer! We never heard any of our neighbors.

Unexpected . . . nice home away from home!

Owners were not very nice. Had issues with my room and they did not send maintenance for multiple weeks. One of my packages was opened and I asked how that happened and they shrugged it off. Main issue is lack of maintenance.
