We were brought to this  motel after having a car accident on 59.
The room was newly renovated and Very clean. We also enjoyed a continental breakfast. The dining room is also spotless.
Since we didn't have a car the owner drove us to a nearby restaurant the evening we arrived and then had us call the motel for a ride back. You can't get better Hospitality than that!
The owners both husband wife were exceptionally kind in our hour of need.
We leave with a good impression of the Diboll community.

I don’t usually review motels but I have to make an exception here.  I gave it 5 stars not because it is the Waldorf, but because of the value- stay vs expense.  The proprietors at this non chain motel are super friendly and this place is not the norm for the mom and pop roadside motel that is usually a cheap stay,  sub par, roof over your head.  This location is far from new, but felt clean.  My bed was quality, not the $200 wholesale bed.  The TV was the best tv in recent memory for a place like this, coupled with direct TV.  Internet service was fast and handled whatever I required of it.  Continental breakfast was normal fair.  Price was right.  Really appreciative of a good value, that seems to be getting so hard to come by.  Great Mexican food right across the road I might add.

My husband & I came to Diboll in November for his job. We stayed at the Diboll Inn & Suites up
Until April 2017. The hotel's owners were AMAZING. Very attentive to our needs & requests. Our room was amazing & large. Cable was awesome. The owners filled the parking lot w/ extra lights. We had no complaints for the entire length of our stay. We highly recommend anyone that is passing through or needing to stay for a longer period of time, to stay there. You will not have any complaints after your stay. They do meet your every need. The parking lot or cleaned & swept daily. The price is great. Beds that or so comfortable also. Clean rooms , very nice amenities and location was very close to the town I needed to get to.

Was very nice. Rooms are big and clean. Hot and cold breakfast was nice. Staff is very nice. Will help you anyway they can. was quite and no one bothered you. they are pet friendly. You have to pay $10 a night for each dog not bad.

Booked this at the last minute for a great price and was very pleasantly surprised.  Great and friendly service, room was immaculate, pillow top king size bed, new furniture, great cable tv, fast internet, free breakfast.  I would stay here again and recommend it.  Can't beat it for the price.

clean rooms and nice people not a 4 star place but the people are nice and good at taking good care of you. I've been coming to this hotel for 2 decaes. I like it for short stays.

Making a reservation online is very buggy. it will take your credit card number with no problem but will not send a confirmation number, so you have to call in and made the reservation all over again talking to a person. meanwhile, your credit card that you may have entered when attempting the reservation is still out there somewhere in cyberspace. 

The rooms are modern, as the hotel is only under 10 years old.The rates are fair, usually under $60 a night. There was a strand of blonde hair on the hair dryer that kinda grossed me out. My bed's mattress must've had a lot of miles on it as it sagged on the right hand side which is not good for anyone's  back alignment. The mini refrigerator in my room did not get that cold.

 But all in all, it was not a bad stay. It was quiet room and quiet outside. This hotel was originally a Best Western that lasted only a year before it was sold and bought by the current owner. When the new owner bought it one of the first things he did was fill the swimming pool up with concrete. So do not expect a pool.  That's about all I gotta say about this place. 

Oh, there is a laundry matt next door owned by the hotel owner. A Mexican food restaurant is also on the opposite side of the highway.
