First off we walked in to 15 people waiting , one gentleman doing his best. 1. The one person on duty had to escort every customer to there room every time every customer left there room, you had to wait in the lobby for him to let you in, no keys. 2.The room had no remote.and none was available 3.It was my anniversary and we paid for a river view room, I feel like I was robbed , because I paid for a service that I never received, the room was not ready and we stayed next to the boiler. 4.Then we woke up no breakfast, worst than a $25 short stay. Fand B.
