Unique was the “downhome” atmosphere.Unique was the consideration shown for my emotional support dog.Unique was the friendliness & helpfulness of the ENTIRE staff!From front desk to housekeeping—Amazing!❤️

Room was clean and comfortable.  Staff was helpful.  Security cameras in multiple locations and monitored at the front desk.  I would stay here again if in the area.

The front desk worker, Tina, was very welcoming and professional.

This is our second year staying here in order to go on the Christmas train ride. It has always been clean and staff are friendly. The only issue we had this year was our tv went out and we called the front desk, they said to wiggle the cables etc and the internet may be not working. We tried all that, but it didnt work. We just decided to head to bed early. Other than that fluke, everything was wonderful. Small breakfast, with just enough options for kids and adults. We will stay here again no doubt.

Vacuum might be a little loud early in the morning but at least you know they're cleaning. Everyone was nice and it was mostly quiet.

My stay here was above and beyond excellent. I felt safe and protected. I was warm. The room was clean. Everybody was very nice. I couldn’t ask for a better room.

We use the Keyser Inn for the ladt 2 years as a half way stop when were traveling to visit our elderly mothers. It was a wonderful find. After our first visit, we made it our permanent stop. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The price was super. I would recommend it to everyone.

Great place! Perfect after train ride!

Hotel is overall clean and nice but is slightly out dated. The full shower with tub was sufficient but could use an update. What would of made me decide on a 5 star rating is if the beds were updated. The matress was not the most comfortable, but I was able to sleep. Only sife effect was it caused bad back aches. Breakfast is offered but only small, more like a "snack" options compared to other 4.5 star rated hotels. Overall the price for the single queen room I booked, was adequate. Added bonus, the hotel is located withing 5 minute drive of many restaurants and service stations.

A wonderful stop

Keyser Inn has been a go to since it opened.  It is dated but beds are comfy, nice pillows and they have done some updates over time.  Only issue we had was with neighbors who were staying there for work and their love of the lord's lettuce, smell was strong in the hall but that is not the hotel's fault.  They did address it when notified.

Great place to stay and time we travel up home!

Booked thru Expedia 4 adults 2 rooms.  Got to Keyser Inn.  Was told they only showed I only need 1 room with a king size bed.  They were able to provide an add’l room but I had to ask for it they never said anything just that I only had 1 room with a king bed for 4 adults. Front desk clerk needs to work on her work and social skills some.  No one like to be greeted by a grouch.

This was first time traveling with our dog and it kinda stressed me a little but the staff was friendly, the room had hardwood floors which I loved especially if Max had an accident it would be easy to clean and disinfect but thankfully he was great! Room was clean and quiet, bed was  comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay again!

The property was in very good condition. The staff was excellent. The location was easy to find, quiet and with ample parking . The room was comfortable. The continental breakfast offered was barely adequate. The town is very friendly. One nearby restaurant was absolutely excellent. The rest were not as attractive. But a very good stay overall.

First, very glad to have an inn that allows dogs. The room is spacious, the beds comfortable with clean linen, and has room for a large crate in case we had to leave the dog in while we went out. Continental breakfast was ample with boiled eggs, bagels, toast, coffee and yogurt. Staff are friendly but could be better informed about nearby attractions. We had a good stay and will give the Keyser Inn two thumbs up!!

It is extremely quiet inside, despite the main street right out front and a 24-hour Sheetz right next door (convenient for food, snacks, and gas). The front desk made a very good suggestion for the Double B Grill for dinner (excellent fried pickles and huge portions of everything else). Comfortable room size, clean, solid mattress and comfy pillows. The hallways smell nice. Free breakfast was coffee, juice, two cereal choices, hard-boiled eggs, muffins, bagels, and toast. We'd come back if we were in the neighborhood (close to the Potomac Eagle Train which was why we came). Other fast food restaurants, a grocery store and the Walmart are close by too.

This hotel was great for the price.  The bed was comfortable, the pillows were soft, the room was clean.  It is well built to keep other room noise out.  We heard talking from other rooms by us while walking down the hall, but once we closed our door, we heard nothing.  
The breakfast was continental:  breads, pastry, cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, bagels, tea, coffee, all fresh. 
The only complaint we had is that the water pressure in the shower was pretty low.  It was ok for me, but my husband hated it.
