What a wonderful place to stay. The workers went over and beyond to accommodate us. I would definitely come back.

Beds were comfortable enough and the room was clean.  About the most you can ask for out of an old historic building.  Just wish they had mini fridges in the rooms

The hotel oozes history.  You walk from floor to floor and you see the names on the doors.  They represent the west and its impact on our culture and history.

Our stay was amazing, lots of room for the whole family. I loved the history and the genuine historic state of the hotel. The only complaint we had was the shower was nearly impossible to get a good temperature of the water. Overall we would love to stay there again.

Property has trailer parking off site, they have staff to take you and your luggage to and from the parking lot which was very nice. Our room was on the 2nd floor, elevator was quick. The bedroom window looked right out onto the veranda bar which was a little surprising for any privacy but it was honestly fine, just surprising lol

This is a pretty good property for the money. The only issue we had was that the heating wasn't great in the room and we were there doing a cold spell and the bathroom could have used some tlc. Comfortable bed and lots of space. I know they're trying to keep some of the property historical but they've missed the mark on a few things. All in all, a good stay. We would probably stay there again. Great staff!

We stay at this hotel often.  This stay was hard.  As I am allergic to wasp and even though it was Halloween weekend. There were wasp in our room. When we arrived there were dead ones on our floor, or door man made a jokes about them.  Then as the room warmed up we had them in our room and bathroom.  So sleeping wasn’t good as I was concerned I would be stung.  When telling the front desk they sent up a vacuum to get rid of them.  Rooms were also very cold, electric heaters did not keep up.  I am thankful that I didn’t get stung.

We absolutely loved staying at the Franklin!  The location was perfect and the buffet and service was excellent.  I love that the rooms are kept in their historic decor and the lobby and casino were beautiful. If you are looking for updated and modern rooms you have come to the wrong place but we loved it.  The windows did need washing though.  We spent most of our time gambling at the Siverado Casino which was across the street from the Franklin and is partnered with the hotel.  The dealers ere awesome but the service for drinks was quite slow.  Overall we loved it!

The staff was very friendly, and the restaurant is wonderful! The rooms are very dated, however this is to be expected considering this is a historic site.  Good value for the price.

We like staying  at the Franklin in the summer time but in the winter there rloom are to cold. The heaters do not work very well
