The people who were so free and open.  and the play rooms were awesome/

Definitely a lifestyle hotel. Nude pool, playrooms and theme nights. Easy parking and walking distance to shops and the beach.

I like that you can be au naturel throughout the facility and the crowd is equally mixed between the races.  Really nice pool with a beautiful view.  Nice local restaurants and shops easily within walking distance.  Really nice fireworks display on the night of the Fourth of July.The elevator is really slow and hot during the daytime.  Some of the facilities are a little dated.  Breakfast is better than the last two times I stayed there but could be a little better.

This is a great place to go and enjoy with your wife. It was alot of adult fun. Went to rooftop to layout at pool nude. Alot of good looking people nude, approximate age group 40s to 50s. The people where very nice and made us feel comfortable at a place we where not sure about going. I would recommend it.

Most guests were very friendly and accepting and staff was helpful in answering questions and meeting my hotel needs.

Went here and had a lot of fun. The pool was nice and we met a nice couple. But my favorite part was going to Dr. Von D. Mizell-Eula Johnson State Park to play at the beach. Lots of fun! Very secluded and lots of places to have fun! We loved it, highly recommend this beach.

the atmosphere was nice, if you know you know, no pressure but very relaxing  and enjoyable

Alot of fun

The views are great from this hotel.  The ability to go au natural throughout the facility is great.  My wife loved the themed suite but it didn't have windows for exhibitionism.  Our biggest disappointment was that the pool was closed for maintenance.  they did give us ample notice that it would be closed and upgraded our room and discounted the price to compensate us.  There is no other place quite like this place if you are into this kind of thing.

I liked being able to go au natural throughout the property.  Adult only was a big plus as well. The rooftop pool was the best.  The bed was comfy and the room spacious. The ocean and restaurants are literally within walking distance. The elevator is slow and hot.  While the ice machine was great there is only one and it is on the second floor, I was on the fifth floor.  It would be nice if the front desk would be open more, late arrival was a little confusing.

There were not many couples or guest there at the time we were there. If it was a slow weekday- I wish the cost would have reflected this better.  There was also men working in front of my room and painting which is nice for the resort but not so much for my stay.  All in all, it was a nice experience.  The staff was great, hopeful, friendly.  They spent some time in our room when we arrived to fix the closet door and TV.

The good- We had a great time and met many people and felt that it was (for what we paid) decent value for the area. The party on Saturday night was excellent and the location is good. The bad- Staff is hit and miss and it seems like the pool and other common areas might be cleaned once a week as there is always cigarette butts everywhere you look. Front desk feels more like going into a run down youth hostel somewhere in eastern europe (I've been in a few). Our room although clean was really dated and I can't remember ever sleeping in a bed that creaked so much in my life (it was old). Many of the other rooms have been updated and are much nicer then ours was but the people also paid twice the price and we would never have considered this property at that. In conclusion like many lifestyle resorts we have been to, it is the guests that make it and the hotel is very lucky to have them.

The rooms are not fancy. But they are clean! And the beds have lots of pillows and are comfortable. Always plenty of towels. The pool is heated and sparkling clean and the staff is amazing. Helpful, professional and very nice. This is a nice escape with amazing beach views and great people! We will be back!

Great little slice of paradise

this was quite an experience for me I am an outgoing person and like to have fun this hotel completed my trip in Miami I was there for the super bowl never knew a place like this existed I am very glad that I had the opportunity to stay I would say everyone should experience this facility once in their lifetime the staff was very friendly the rooms were all uniquethe only advice I could give to anyone is bring some earplugs if you want to get sleep the music what's loud but I was okay with it when I was ready to sleep I put my ear plugs in and it was fine this is not a 5-star hotel but I would say it was nice and great experience and I would recommend this spot for everyone I would visit it again when I'm in Miami the location was great next to the boardwalk you can't go wrong very entertaining LOL

This is an old building. Rooms, hallways, and stairwells are on par with a Super 8 built back in the day. I'm cool with that, so not a big deal. If you're looking for a "resort", this ain't it. No alarm clock, microwave, or refrigerator. Ice can only be gotten from behind the bar on the 2nd floor. The bed was comfortable and the room was just fine overall though. Sex rooms seemed clean. Some people brought towels to lay on, others didn't. Only saw one used condom thrown on the floor. Really? Not the hotel's fault. People were generally naked all over, including at breakfast (though mostly dressed) and on the roof. No one cared.Some kept bathings suits on by the pool (why???). No sex allowed up there. Saw one group start up something, staff was quick to intervene. Generally, a very nice vibe.Every so often there would be single dudes clearly scoping out the women. Generally they were quite nice. One night, a single guy just wouldn't leave the women alone. He was totally creepy. Not sure if someone said something to the staff, but he was gone after a few hours.We were there: Friday night - fairly busy, but plenty of room for everyone; Saturday night - pretty dead, actually; and Sunday afternoon - pool party, CRAZY crowded at the pool, but not bad in the sex rooms.Last mention about the sex rooms - they have porn running on the TVs. Different on each and in separate rooms, but saw Ron Jeremy a couple of times. ROTFL!

Rooms are very nice , great beach feel . Very Clean and spacious . The Best location min walk to the Boardwalk . Can Not Tell you how exciting it was to see such sexy fun people. Came for the Day and had to get a room for the weekend. Cant wait to come join the Grand Opening to the NEW POOL April 6th 2019 .  Don't miss out, BYOB and leave the phone behind. Enjoy!
