I read the reviews and saw the rating and the price, and I did not have the highest of expectations. However for the price, the value is exceptional. We had an easy check in. Our king room was spacious, the bed comfy and wonderful, and overall clean! There is a large flat screen tv, mini fridge, microwave, dressers for your clothes, luggage rack, toiletries (soap and shampoo), hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and a nice clean hot shower! There’s complimentary coffee in the lobby before 8 AM. After 8 AM, a gentleman is there in the lobby offering a very reasonably priced breakfast, coffee, and other items. Great location too, very close to the Hard Rock and airport with lots of restaurants. We particularly love the authentic Cuban restaurant near and had a delicious Supreme Cuban Sandwich. Great for a red eye flight or any flight. I’d stay here two weeks easily! Hollywood beach is super close too. We did have a negative issue arise and expressed this to Nathalia (Supervisor), and she exped passed this to her manager at our request. Ms. Vivian, the manager, handled the situation and turned it right around into a positive one. All of the staff is very attentive here! I could not speak higher of Nathalia and Ms. Vivian. Super great experience.
