Theres not alot of people so its quiet and noone bothers you. They are kind and understanding.

It was nice always able to get my favorite room

Just stayed one night got in kind of late the lady that check me in was wonderful an so helpful

I stay here very often and when i am.here kristen makes the hole time wonderful always gives my favorite room

Check in was easy as pie! I was truly surprised. The lady was nice and had no problem finding my reservation. The room could have been cleaner. Found a washcloth, used, on the shower curtain. But for $71 I wasn't complaining. The bed was absolutely HUGE! I slept so good. Finding a good show to watch was easy as well.

Everything was fine except they have roaches. Not over run but seen probably 5 roaches in the room. Need to spray or something. But over all I’d stay there again. Also do something about those lights on the wall by bed. They’re not the right kind of lights. Those are way too bright and actually belong on the ceiling. Room # 140.

Last night's visit was not as nice as the night before. I made it very clear on my reservation that a had a cat the 1st nite. I thought the $71 Included that. No, they charged me an additional $10 the 2nd night  I wouldn't have stayed the 2nd night if had known. Also, the "pet friendly" room are not as nice as the other room I had. The air conditioning was loud and I had to turn it off to sleep. The shower was ok but the tv, microwave and fridge were all near 1 outlet. I had to unplug 1 to use another. They didn't clean the couch either. It was ripped and smelled like dog with white hair all over it. My cat is black and brown. The guy who checked me in spoke Spanish when asking about the previous room I had stayed in, which ik I left it clean and unscathed. The girl was nicer.

Pleasantly surprised

For the price, it is not bad.  The bed was super hard but it worked.  There is no carpet or even a rug by the door and since there was a lot of snow, it was hard to keep things clean.  we had to use the towel.  Towels were thin and small.  But the heater worked well and there wasn't much noise.  There is no breakfast, just coffee.  They are pet friendly which is a good thing for us also.

low expectations will help

At first was surprised that it wasn’t carpeted, but realized the floors would be cleaner without. Just spent the night, leaving early the next day, so didn’t need much. Two items that were noted, with a smile - the toilet was quite low and there was no place to hang up clothes. Neither of these things were a detriment to our stay. Beds were extremely comfortable.

It was average for the price. They need towels that are a little bigger. Also they only had two. No big deal just I needed to dry my hair and my body and only had my one towel. It was inconvenient. The vibe was a little shady but we had no issues. We just stayed here at night while visiting hiking sites for day hikes.

I was returning from a Casting Crowns concert in Ky, heading to NC and was exhausted. I was so pleasantly surprised to find this jewel in Crossville. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean in a no fuss way. The shower was wonderful!!!!! That was one of the best hotel showers I’ve ever had! Very impressed!

Very affordable!

This hotel is clean and well maintained, it is however dated.  It is close to the highway, many restaurants and others points of interest.  The hotel staff are friendly and courteous.  The room was large and clean with a table and one chair and a television.  No complaints as this place should not be missed for the price.  A great value for the money.
